From shutting off my debit card (took 45 minutes to get it back on when I went to the bank), to cashing local business checks to getting a return in communications, all painful. They then drained the money from my childrens accounts to pay for my loan. Now my husband was calling the member service center for help with his account but the woman asked him a question he couldn't answer. I told him the answer and she terminated the call specifically because she heard me talking. We have abandoned our accounts and left sfcu. They have been a nightmare to work with and I advise you to not do business with this bank. They make it impossible to make your truck payment. Every month it's a different rule. This day in time I cannot make my payment online without depositing money into a savings account, which they opened for me to even get the loan, I don't bank with them so my savings is somewhere else. Also I cannot make the payment by phone. It takes an act of Congress to pay my payment. And Brittney is the most unsympathetic person I have ever spoken with. My first payment I went into the branch and you had to have a member ID number, all I had was my account number so I couldn't pay it. My point is this is a very difficult branch to work with.

He treats people poorly and is going viral all…read moreover the internet for his recent interaction with a customer who had great credit but was refused of the requested loan amount due to Talmadge saying he'd rather give it to customers who favor him or bring him cookies. What a horrible experience he gave the customer and caused unnecessary stress and pushback for absolutely nothing--literally just because he felt like it... there has to be some type of corrective action for this kind of behavior. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
