The communication broke all the way down. No one wanted to call me back. I had to continuously send numerous emails, leave voicemails, text messages before anyone would call me back. I was lied to, promised a lower interest rate only to receive a higher one. I actually feel like I dodged a bullet. I'm so happy we didn't trust out mortgage with Denali. We spent money on an appraisal we didn't even need. I would NEVER work with them. They tried it‼‼‼Terrible terrible terrible customer service. If you're smart you'd stear far away from them. I'm very disappointed, dissatisfied...what a horrible experience.

Our experience with the home loan process was mostly with Katie Jan as well. She was above accommodating in meeting with us at times that really worked for our schedules. Katie is kind and very interested in couples knowing the process. She spent extra hours meeting with us, answering lots of questions, and exploring the steps that remained. Katie worked great with our realtor Rowena Pediangco! She helped give us advice on some of the better insurance options in town. My fiancée continued to feel heard, respected, and safe through the whole process. Katie worked long hours to ensure the process was met step by step correctly. Some of the money clarifying steps are confusing in general but we worked together through it to make sure the underwriters had everything they needed. Katie was present when we were closing which again is a testimony of her diligence and integrity of her work ethic. All of our talks helped us close informed. Katie and Rowena also worked on items in preparation for closing that benefits us throughout all of 2018! Months of extra support in different financial ways, a major blessing. I can't help but see the one star review and just wish they had Katie. I'm not sure who they went through but we had Katie Jan and we were from beginning to present taken care of. I'd implore you to also trust them, as I know they did an above and beyond service for my family.

She organized the houses we looked at in a way that we never backtracked. When I came time for signing, she explained everything in full detail. She worked tirelessly to get us the best deal for what we wanted. Of course, in times of making a big purchase like a home, we had moments of, "is this really for us?". At times I asked extra questions and each time she listened kindly and respectfully attended to the matters I brought up. They also had coffee, tea, or water to choose from, being hydrated is pretty important at this big step of closing a home. Cristy was well versed in guiding us through the steps and before I knew it-the meeting was over. It was a surreal moment and I was thankful it was this company. If you look at how they conduct business, both seller and buyer are kept honest and leave with a quality service.
