The Westchester branch of Wells Fargo is the best bank I've ever been to. Anna Thevenin and the whole team there were so kind and helpful while I was dealing with a difficult process. This was my mother's bank of choice and she adored the people there and I see why. They went out of their way to help me and make me feel welcomed. Anna made sure I was informed about everything that would happen, and when there was a problem she immediately picked up the phone and made calls to resolve it. Luis in the Wells Fargo Advisors group also went above and beyond to help me. If I still lived in Miami this would absolutely be my bank. After I left Wells Fargo I went to the Regions on Bird and 94th Ave and just felt very unappreciated. Regions in Longwood is very friendly, but the service at the Bird road location was horrible, especially compared to the service I had just received at Wells Fargo. If I still lived down there I would've switched banks immediately. Worst experiences I ever had So after been in line for 40 minutes to deposit a check ,they told the check couldn't be verified I kindly ask what to do and the cashier name Luis responded he didn't know I ask to speak with the manager and it was even worse.The manager didn't have any manners he told me that he couldn't help me because the check was a piece of paper and if I was so sure about the check to be valid to go and deposit it at the ATM All of these in front of other customers and employees I don't know how people like these have these kind of jobs and God knows how many other customers has being threatened like these in the past I have been in Wells Fargo 12 years but I will be changing to a bank that care about their customers Please do not go there if you want to be treated with respect.. read more

Worst Wells Fargo ever. I was stuck at this bank for over 2 hours waiting to be attended by the teller. There was only 1 teller and a line that made a U Turn. There were many employees walking around and many present in his area but yet there was only one teller. Very unprofessional establishment and I will not be coming here ever again. read more

This is one of the slowest banks for service I have ever encountered, plan on waiting a minimum of 20 minutes if there is more than one car in front of you and going inside the bank is just as bad. I make my credit card payments there and they can't be made in cash at their ATM so you have to wait in their lines, it's a hit or miss depending on what time you go and many times I have to return another time. What bothers me most is that no cashier has ever bothered to apologize for the delay and nine times out of ten they never address you any way after the transaction is complete, it would be nice if someone would say thank you and have a nice day. This particular branch on 24th st. and 87th ave is grossly understaffed and in need of some employee training in everyday courtesy. I like making my payments in cash so I rarely use my Wells Fargo card because if this branches failure to accept cash payments in their ATM's and their lack of better service. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Line takes about 1 hour just to talk to a cashier and outside line is just the same. Only 2 or 1 staff working cashier up front and manager just ignores you when you ask why. read more

I try asking a question about an online money transfer and the bankers were rude, not letting me talk , saying she didnt have time because she had another customer and she didnt, then the store supervisor was talking to me about warnings and red flags without even asking what my issue was. read more

Apparently this is the busiest WF in the whole south of FL. And it IS BUSY. I can tell you of all the WF branches I have been in from Los Angeles to Florida, I have never seen this many WF employees working so hard. 1) There were about 8 tellers moving the line FAST 2) There were about 10 personal bankers solving problems FAST I came in, was greeted as I would expect from a WF. Was asked what I need, and asked to sit in the waiting area. I waited about 15 minutes with about 4 people in front of me, so that is very good considering the number of people working. I could hear the personal bankers talking with the clients in multiple languages, a great location if English is not your familiar language. I was help by one of the bankers, they did what I needed done with NO ISSUES. I had a slightly complicated and un-usual proceedure that needed to be attended to and the banker knew exactly how to handle the situation. He provided a receipt for services and said good-bye. Next time I need to do my banking the FL area... I know where to go to make sure everything gets done right. read more

One star too much,after 35 years banking with this institution I way not granted access to my safety box today,because my license states that I'm Jorge and all my accounts were opened up by the English version George. I have an affidavit on file stating that I'm AKA Jorge, Mrs Lissette Moreno was having a good time denying my access to my safety box. I showed her proof with other account within Wells Fargo ,but nothing that I gave her was enough. Like I said she was having fun just saying NO!!!. I had an excellent experience this week at this Wells Fargo branch. When I walked in and saw how busy the bank was, I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive. Worst bank ever. Always crowded with trashy people. Employees wasting customers time by telling personal stories to other customers...mind you all in Spanish and very loud. This used to be a great bank. Have been banking with them since way before when it was Southeast Bank. It's deteriorated in service since it changed to Wachovia and later Wells Fargo. little by little I've been been moving my $ to other banks and soon will close all accounts. Bad experience. I was at the teller window for over 20 minutes. The teller supervisor and teller were investigating my information for a long time. I felt intimated and ackward. I had a cashier's check issued the previous day at another Wells Fargo branch and had two options in mind. 1. Cash the check or 2. Open an account. They were inattentive and seemed more concerned about doing the pricing rather than helping me with what I wanted. At the end, I got frustrated and decided not open an account or get any cash. I requested the supervisor to give me back my cashier's check but she silently refused. She retained me at the window and commanded the teller to give me the cash. I order to avoid problems, I decided not to argue with her about her decision( being she was a bank authority) and left. But to my surprise there was a certain individual at the entrance who told me: I tried to say hello but you were too busy with your money. I got scared but acted as if nothing was happening. I was all alone. No security was around. This man is a regular. He works at a Burger King near by and after his shift makes of this Wells Fargo branch his favorite place to hang out ( outside). There he talks to customers as they come and go. He watches everything. Sometimes he stays outside the Bank premises for hours. The manager knows this yet nobody tells him anything. After I finally left less than a mile away I was robbed. (Smash and grab). The officers who went to the scene told me that I was been followed. Two days later I went back to speak with the manager. I tried to mention the cameras, the discrepancy I had with the teller supervisor, the incident I had outside the bank with that fellow but he refused to listen to me. He attacked me by stating that the man stayed over an hour after I left and that he was there again that morning. He asked me if I was trying to accuse him. He quickly brushed me off with an agressiveness remark then he used a sarcastic remark to walk me to the door. I ask myself: Is this the way to conduct a business? Such horrible way to treat customers! The employees don't know what they are doing, they treat their customers poorly then the customers suffer the consequences of their actions (poor customer service, poor risk asessment, negligence, no safety or protection for customers and their assets). Manager should be held responsible/ accountable for all of this chaos and be enforced to do something about it to correct their mistakes. ( Read reviews). This a pattern of misconduct. I basically use the ATM for my deposits and withdrawals. And more than half of the times I go, the ATM (either the drive-through or the walk up) are not accepting deposits (mostly over the weekend) which is very frustrating. On the few occasions I have had to conduct business inside, the manager was unfriendly and unable to be flexible. However, the associates are able to get the job done. Amazing. If I could give them zero stars I would. Came into this branch and was met by two tellers and was looked at like I had lost my mind. The head teller was extremely rude and not courteous at all. The branch manager was a bit nicer but they seem very disorganized. I was given my cash in an envelope that was placed under the window and nothing was said. In fact the head teller just walked away. A thank you would have been nice. Will NEVER do my banking here and will tell others of my unfortunate experience!!! read more
