Some alterations done in a pinch and I called probably 25 different places throughout the Austin area and I decided to call around two places in Killeen since per capita there are probably more alteration shops due to the military base. No one wanted to help me out anywhere that I called until I called this place and they allowed me to bring my item in and did exceptional work. They didn't overcharge me for the work, and they were very fast with work. I then came back and brought more items to them to get work done and they worked very fast. I will continue to come back here because this is exactly what good customer service and an excellent alteration shop / dry cleaning shop is about.

They said they could take that rank on and put my stuff on if I just take it. The jacket was too small for me and not even in good condition. I told the store owner that I would like my jacket and they basically told me good luck with that. Cops were called and their is a case number: K1443261. They are not good to do business with. I recently went back because of the new management sign, and it is more than just a gimmick. The place is spotless. That smell that was there? Gone. The lady who was working there was fantastic- took my information, was friendly, and the price was great. The new system they have of texting you when your order is ready was phenomenal- no more guessing if it is done, driving to the store, only to be told your order is not ready. One text, and you know for a fact it's ready. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for your dry cleaning and alteration needs.
