I initially requested the services of Wells Lawn Care & Landscaping after losing our longtime lawn maintenance service late this summer (2015). I received a great response as Wells Lawn Care was able to come out the same day and take care of our initial mowing, trimming, and edging needs. Derek Wells, the owner, responded to the message I left personally and almost immediately. Since this initial interaction, we have pursued other services with Derek and Wells Lawn care. We have contracted the following services lawn fertilization, mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding, for the Spring 2016 season. In addition we are collaborating with Wells on a much larger project for our yard/outdoor space. This is being completed in stages with the first being the demolition of our current patio and deck & installation proper grading/draining in the back yard this fall (2015). In spring/summer (2016) we have plans with Wells to install a paving-stone patio/path, outdoor kitchen, and replace or improve existing landscaping (hardscape and softscape) throughout the rest of our property. Requested a quote for lawn services and was one completed. He was friendly and easy to talk with. It was told to us that we'd hear back within a week. Three weeks went by and we never anything about our quote. Despite attempts to reconnect we unfortunately never received our quote for services. Needless to say, we did not have the best experience and had to pursue other options for our lawn care needs. read more

These guys are great. After dealing w just random mow guys and all of the issues that go along w that it was just not worth it to save $10. I contacted Wells and Pam their office mgr was super helpful and knowledgeable about their services. I called them in the first place because of their reviews and I loved their web-site as well. The lawn crew members Mike and Seth were super nice and knowledgeable as well. After the service was complete Pam emailed me to see how the job was done. Who does that w any service now days? No more headache of lawn guys not showing up or showing up late Sunday night or just plain taking the money and not showing up. For just a tiny bit more and the expertise and professionalism it is so worth it. Now I have way more free time and the peace of mind this is one less thing I have to deal w in my busy life!!! read more

I have used Wells for several years for my rental properties and personal home. They do very nice work, consistent, timely, and their crew has communicated with me about things at my rentals (branches down, etc.) so that I can take steps to address. Used this company based on other reviews. Unfortunately, we did not get the same wonderful results. In fact, we cancelled our last paid application and hired another company. We had difficulty getting them to our residence, as we arranged early for an special event. When they applied the first application, we had little results. We were down to wire the week before event so they applied second treatment early. During the next few months and applications, we had poor quality. When called the office personnel, they were extremely kind and helpful. The lawn personnel came out and looked but no change. When we called to request last paid application not be applied knowing we signed contract for the year, we were given the option to have landscaper come out again. Since the first experience had no results with a visit, we opted to go to another vendor. Our lawn looks better already with new vendor. read more
