I was visiting my parents who live in New Hampshire and getting some food in Maine so of course we had to make some pit stops. This antique center is pretty massive and features three big rooms full of stuff. Sadly, we were in a bit of a hurry but I was still able to speed run through all of the aisles and see everything. Vintage clothing, glass ware, books, war memorabilia, vintage toys, sports cards, and literally everything else. I was a huge fan of the glass cases and was stoked to check everything out. I almost left with an in box Pee Wee Herman doll but since I live in LA, I didn't feel like dealing with the shipping on it. Overall, Antiques USA is a fantastic antique shop and 100% somewhere you need to check out in the area. I had a blast checking out all the rooms and the next time I find myself in Maine, I'm for sure doing an antique tour and hitting this place up again.

I feel like this store is a great combo of well curated collections at fair prices. If you hate a crowded and disorganized antique shop, this spot is for you! Unlike other antique stores, this one does not have any musty/dusty odor. It's very clean, well organized, and while the selection is large, it's not "cluttered". You can find everything from small collectable figurines, to china and crystal stemware, to large furniture. Everything for sale was in great quality. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions - certainly one of the nicest employees I've ever met at an antique store. After browsing the isles, I found a set of green thumbprint goblets, wine glasses and sherbets - all 36 in perfect condition. After a quick call to the dealer, I was offered an even lower price and each glass was wrapped up for safe travel. Before heading there, double check the hours of operation because we were told it was the last day of the season for their store (November 12th). I can't wait to stop back on our next trip to Southern Maine to see what other great finds there are!

Worker welcomed us in and thanked us when leaving so friendly staff. We did not end up buying anything this visit but enjoyed our time browsing. They have many different sellers with areas inside. They also have a large variety of items so everyone who stops in will appreciate some of the items. Prices seemed decent with some stuff not seeming to be worth it, but that's my opinion of not being interested in some items. They had old toys, furniture, home decor, glassware, kitchen stuff, and so much more. I also overheard the staff telling a handful of people they get new stuff everyday so every visit will lead to new finds. Also overheard that it sounds like they may only accept cash as someone asked to leave their stuff so they could go grab cash. So that is important to keep in mind. Lastly, they also had a banner on the store mentioning they won silver award for antiques in the Best of 207 awards. So personally I think it's worth a visit even if you don't want to buy and just browse.

Also had the largest variety of offerings and prices appeared to be decent. If you browse the entire shop everyone could find something that would interest them. My wife and I were in more of a browsing mindset and did not buy anything this visit. The photos I posted only shows a small selection of what was available. Some of the sellers had their Etsy stores mentioned as well if you enjoyed their offerings but wanted something slightly different they may offer. Also the staff when we walked in greeted us which was not the case for all the spots we visited. That added touch makes you feel more welcome. If you really went slow you could spend a long while looking at everything they have to offer here. If you are going down or up route 1 especially antique shopping this is a must visit. As soon as I walked in I was blown away by the quality of the tables. The showroom is a mix of repurposed wood and antiques. While my wife isn't a fan of looking around an antique store this place was laid out in a way that doesn't feel cluttered. We then went across the parking lot to their "workshop" and promptly bought two nightstands. We spent most the time talking to their employee about refinishing furniture and picture framing. Great place to stop on a strip of road that has many options.

You could probably come once a week and find something new (that was either there before that you missed, or is just genuinely new to the shop). It's a curated and ever-evolving collection of all things country/cottage/colonial/farmhouse core: expect home decor, pottery, soaps, candles, jewelry, art, trinkets, statues, and more. A few of my favorite things about the spot: 1) it smells so good in here, 2) it's clean, 3) you are absolutely encouraged to take all the time you want perusing, 4) the dedication to local artisans, and 4) the "up and coming artists" wall that features kiddo-made items. Adorable. I ended up with a (one-of-a-kind) locally made vase and a locally made candle for $50. For HOMEMADE pottery? And a HOMEMADE soy candle?
