I was visiting my parents who live in New Hampshire and getting some food in Maine so of course we had to make some pit stops. This antique center is pretty massive and features three big rooms full of stuff. Sadly, we were in a bit of a hurry but I was still able to speed run through all of the aisles and see everything. Vintage clothing, glass ware, books, war memorabilia, vintage toys, sports cards, and literally everything else. I was a huge fan of the glass cases and was stoked to check everything out. I almost left with an in box Pee Wee Herman doll but since I live in LA, I didn't feel like dealing with the shipping on it. Overall, Antiques USA is a fantastic antique shop and 100% somewhere you need to check out in the area. I had a blast checking out all the rooms and the next time I find myself in Maine, I'm for sure doing an antique tour and hitting this place up again.

Worker welcomed us in and thanked us when leaving so friendly staff. We did not end up buying anything this visit but enjoyed our time browsing. They have many different sellers with areas inside. They also have a large variety of items so everyone who stops in will appreciate some of the items. Prices seemed decent with some stuff not seeming to be worth it, but that's my opinion of not being interested in some items. They had old toys, furniture, home decor, glassware, kitchen stuff, and so much more. I also overheard the staff telling a handful of people they get new stuff everyday so every visit will lead to new finds. Also overheard that it sounds like they may only accept cash as someone asked to leave their stuff so they could go grab cash. So that is important to keep in mind. Lastly, they also had a banner on the store mentioning they won silver award for antiques in the Best of 207 awards. So personally I think it's worth a visit even if you don't want to buy and just browse.

It's a no-frills antique store that is typical of many New England stores. The location is a little out of the way but the staff is very nice and there are a variety of different items for sale. I was particularly impressed with the very back room. That's where the larger pieces of furniture are stored. I saw a wide variety of trunks, dressers, and chairs. They had all different styles and excellent prices. I bought an adorable little white vase, but I plan on returning once I have a house of my own to furnish.

Each shop has their own unique antiques and I would even say some oddities to browse and potentially purchase. We visited all except for one that appeared to not be open currently. We did not buy anything from any of them. Every store did have something that was worth pointing out to my wife or her pointing out to me. Often we would look at the price tag and that would change our tune. I understand especially older items can be very valuable especially larger ones we spotted, but I feel a lot of other antique shops I have visited you'll find some reasonable prices. Not really the case for any of the shops here honestly! None of the owners were unfriendly but a few did seem to lack much of a warm welcoming despite being slower business wise. But similar to my review for one specific shop in this set of 9 (Breakaway Design & Antiques) the prices is the real reason for the four stars instead of five. You may find something worth buying that catches your eye but you'll pay top dollar and maybe even more than its value. I appreciate the antique stores that you may find a good deal at more than ones like this.
