He takes the time with each patient to answer questions and make sure you truly understand what is happening. I am so grateful to have him lead us through this process. Totally impressed by the whole practice from the coordinator through to the nurses administering the drip! Greatful hearts here!

He went out of his way to explain processes and procedures in a way that I could understand them, even drew diagrams for me, and didn't once act like any of my questions were stupid. Scheduling with him takes the weight off your shoulders because he thinks two steps ahead. I'm getting a procedure done in a few weeks and he has everything up to my two week post checkup already on the books. This is definitely super helpful and keeps some of my stress level down. If you need to be here, Dr. Ferriss and his team have great bedside manner and that makes even the worst things a whole lot better.

You will get the same Doctors, smaller office, better parking, FREE parking, less hassle, more intimate setting, and easier communication. Now...the initial appointment may take a "minute" to get, but once you become a Hopkins patient you are in! They link to your Hopkins Primary care and other Specialist. All are linked with a database called MY CHART which allows test results, questions, medical records, etc to be centralized. The chemo room (if you need it) hopefully you won't, but is small and quiet. They have private curtains and some private rooms. The nurses are all really nice. The number one positive is the Doctors. The level of intelligence will blow you away. These Doctors are trained and they are constantly researching new methods. If you need a miracle....I personally think they can help. The only minus star..as it seems in all medical offices..is that the Receptionist are not super friendly. For some reason, I am finding this the norm. Overall...I would take this location over downtown any day!

I have been coming to this center for two years now. I have anemia and need to have frequent iron…read moreinfusion therapy. The room where they administer the infusion is also the same room where cancer patients come to get their treatments. It's made me very anxious the first time because of this. You feel so bad so many people suffering by your side. Meanwhile you are just there for a boost of iron. I have been treated by Dr. Haggerty. He is a true angel and really helped me with my diagnosis. The man knows his stuff. I highly recommend him and his peers. The facility and staff is very understanding. Considering the treatment facilities they are providing. It's always super clean. They have water, coffee and snacks readily available. As you wait or that you can have while receiving treatments. They also give you pillows, and warm blankets to rest while receiving the treatments on the chairs. The chairs are very comfortable and versatile. I highly recommend this place for cancer patients looking for a facility to get their treatments done. I've even seen drs who have gotten diagnosed come here and sit next to the commoners to get their chemo/radiotion done. A+ staff, facility and drs!

The phone system for the Helen Graham Cancer Center is absolutely horrible. As I write this I've…read morebeen on hold for 12 minutes. Then I was told to leave a message. And the reason I called was because someone from that office left me a message that my appointment I have in two days needs to be changed. It's not the first time this has happened, either. This center needs a better phone system and a better scheduling center. Out of 5 stars I give Helen Graham Cancer Center's phone system AND scheduling system a NEGATIVE 5 stars.

I had my colonoscopy done here. I went in for the interview where they explained the procedure and…read moreI read and signed paperwork to allow them to do the procedure. Everything was explained they gave me some medication to take before the procedure. The day of the procedure everything was done as scheduled they wheeled me into the surgery room but RIGHT BEFORE i was to go under Anesthesia they had me sign a waiver of damages. If they screwed up i could not file suit. Yeah i signed it because they stopped working in order me sign it. So i got the impression they were not going to move until it sign it. When i looked back I should have refused it...but you do not know what to do its a shock. The doctor was clearly going to sit there and wait for you to sign it. The doctor literally pushed the pen in my hand. This is a bad practice to do this to people. When I think back i could have died on the table and nothing would have been done to the people that killed me or misdiagnosed. He could literally misdiagnose and their would be nothing i could say about it. They do not tell you if it is optional and I believe it is. The should have presented this the first day so it could be explained... they are not going to do that.
