If you're here to get food, you have to order on the iPad kiosk first. All items are customizable and there's a lot of options. A receipt will print out with an order number and barcode. You present the receipt at the cash registers and you pay there. After you pay, you wait by the food section until your number is called. There's a separate station just for completed drink orders so it can be a bit confusing at first. I ordered a breakfast burrito with chicken, scrambled eggs, pepper jack cheese, spinach, fresh salsa, and salt. My +1 ordered a burrito, bagel with wild berry cream cheese, and a hot chai tea. The order total was around $22, which is a great bang for your buck for breakfast. We waited for about 10 minutes until we got our food. I don't expect a 5 star meal from a convenience store, but I have to say I was pretty disappointed in my burrito. I've been to Wawa many times in the past and this was probably the worst meal. After gas is done pumping, he walks away without handing me my receipt and also doesn't ask if I wanted mine. As he is walking away I opened my door to ask for my receipt and tells me to hold on while he assists another customer... but he should have gotten my receipt first to finishing the transaction appropriately. Gives me a duplicate copy while the original just dangles in the wind on the pump. Really annoying actually. Please make sure workers aren't high on drugs or anything while operating gas pumps. We found Lush was close by but closed in 3 min so we high tailed it over there walking. As we got there it looked like they were about to close the doors but the young man let us in anyway. His name was Louis and he was very nice and helpful with not even a hint of annoyance of us coming so late. He helped us pick out a wine and we were on our way.
