It wasn't logistically possible, and Matt told her this. He promised to retrieve the files as soon as possible, but that wasn't good enough for her. She responded by writing negative reviews. However, after the proceedings commenced Mark Gruber esq. and Natalie Thompson esq. took it upon themselves to hold my Quit Claim Deed HOSTAGE at their law firm for YEARS!!
