All the staff have always been friendly and professional, including when I have called with weird questions or needed something from my appointment to be clarified. I have a history of miscarriages, so when I found out I was pregnant, the staff really took care of me. I had HCG levels checked and was reassured constantly of what symptoms to look for. I had my son with the practice in 2022 and now we're back again with baby number two. Both times they've listened to all of my concerns and addressed them right away. I don't trust many people, but I would trust Dr. Alarcon and Dr. Tagechian with my life and the life of my babies over and over again. I've seen some bad reviews about wait times, but to put in perspective, I'd rather wait 30 extra minutes to ensure that my doctors are giving me all the time I need in the room than for them to be on time 24/7 and running out of the room at the 15 minute mark. Good care takes time and they're worth waiting for.

I have been taking the Tri spirintec for many many years without any issues. I have issues with the new one, but when I called to have it switched back, I was told that the Dr went on vacation for a week and another Dr wouldn't help me unless I came for an extra office visit (additional cost plus time off work). I JUST had my annual. When the Dr came back from vacation, they still wouldn't help me and required a letter from my cardiologist. This is not a new medication to me, I have never needed a letter before, and the Dr stated in my exam notes from a couple months ago: She has been taking Tri-Sprintec for several years with cardiac hx and no issues! I sent a letter from my cardiologist on Monday as requested, but even after all this, they sent the wrong medication today. If I can ever get the correct medication, now my insurance won't cover it since my husband picked it up for me and didn't know it was the wrong one again. I am a very long time patient here and am really feeling that you no longer care about your clients. I stayed after my Dr retired but now I regret it, as well as recommending you.

No matter how early you arrive, you will be made to wait for at least 20 minutes and you will be greeted with rude and unfriendly staff at every turn you make. There is nothing innovative or fantastic about the facility or their processes so it is not worth your time or money being a patient here. I only came here because of thr close proximity to my home, but never again! I will be returning to my old OB/Gyn. I don't mind making that 30-minute drive to be treated better. Avoid Wellstar Northwest Women's Care. VERY RUDE STAFF!
