This is by far the worst Wendy's in existence. I am ordered online and received a bag that was both missing items and had no expensive croissants replaced with cheap chicken biscuits. This is the second consecutive order from this place. When complained to management she was argumentative and won't replace orders. The whole place needs to be restaffed. read more

Food was not what we ordered. We got things we didn't order and did not get things we ordered. Fries were cold. It took 20 minutes to get any food. Cashier was very impatient when taking the order. There was no ambiance at all. read more

I waited over 10 minutes for a order of fries and a drink. Despite the person taking my order being on a personal phone call, I was ok because it's about 830pm, I was only person at drive thru at time so I figured the wait was for my fries to be cooked, until I got my fries. As I drove off thinking "this is great I have hot fries," until I reached my hand in the bag to find luke warm with the draft of cold semi crispy yet greasy fries. I was so upset and disgusted, I no longer wanted the fries because it made me question what they were doing that required me to wait so long. I get people are tired, frustrated, have a lot going on in their personal life, & don't want to Fr do their job, but I thought if I did my job on this half level people would lose their life. This used to be a nice establishment, but unfortunately has turned into a joke. The drive thru takes 20-25 minutes to get through every time. Upon reaching the speaker you will be told to wait one second and the experience gets worse from there. Wendy's is great and I feel sorry for them that they have staffing issues like every where else in Ahoskie. And these are the people that want 15 bucks an hour read more

The employees here are great and super friendly. I eat here every Monday. The service is always fast. Never messed up my order.

My experience has been exclusively with using their drive-thru service. Last 2 times i was told to wait just a minute immediately upon pulling up. This actually turned out being more like 7 minutes the first tine and 5 the second. Im not sure exactly what the person is doing but thats a long time to wait to order. The other thing is that the 4 previous times before tonight i didnt receive cheese when specifically asking for it. One other thing is the girl serving me put my credit card in the bag with my food. She was not paying attention and shoved ir in there then 10 seconds later grabbed my bag and started looking around for my card. I finally told her where it was. It just seems like the workers are tired, stressed, or inebriated. Just the feeling i get. Dont really care but i dont think i would want them working for me.
