They could read the order and correctly give it to the customer, I went there today ordered a 2 bacon cheeseburger meal with NO MAYONNAISE. I received the bag and coke went to the parking lot to eat it as I only had a few minutes for lunch then back to work I open up the burger and bam it has mayonnaise I bring it back in and the manager say is there a problem yea! Terrible customer service. Be sure to check your order at the window. Do not pull away until you know they got everything correct. They do not care if they mess up your order. Always check your receipt too and make sure they applied your coupons. They will offer no resolution for anything other than tell you to drive back to the store when they charge you for items you did not receive. read more

If you are looking for a quick stop for delicious fast food Wendy's is the perfect place to stop! There are definitely not as many mess ups in your order as other fast food places and the food is delicious! I would not suggest for a longer time, however there is a nice seating area and a play area! I just went to the drive thru and was placing an order. I was initially grateful that the person taking my order asked if I wanted a drink because that prompted me to remember to order a Frost, an item on the menu for at least 30 years. The person sounded confused when I ordered it. I never said it was a drink, I just said oh right I forgot a frosty. The person yelled to me " That is not a drink" I was so confused. I then noticed that they missed one of the sandwiches I had ordered earlier so I asked if they got it, they told me they did though it still was not on the screen. When I got to the window I double checked the order and the second sandwich was still not on my order. They supposedly added and did not let me know of the new total, they just ran my card. This item I communicated four times that I wanted was made wrong, It was a jr. bacon cheeseburger and the other sandwich was also a jr. bacon cheeseburger, though no tomato. They gave me two sandwiches with no tomato. They also kept telling me that a frosty is not a drink. They were so caught up on something that I have no idea why it would matter. I was not ordering any meal. I only know that it was more important that a frosty is not a drink than it was to get my order correct. I am confused and upset. They always mess up something at this Wendy's and are not professional. I will go to a different Wendy's in the area and advise anyone reading this to do the same. read more

Continually impressed by the staff at this location. As a special education teacher it can be incredibly tricky to find a place to walk in with 20+ students and be treated with such kindness and understanding. The staff is very accomodating as ordering can take a while as we work on money and manners skills with our students right at the register. All 20 students were eating within 10 minutes due to quick service. Will absolutely come back!! read more

Yea, I don't have high expectations but this was really bad - even for fast food. I stopped in today to try the new breakfast sandwiches that they are advertising. I went through the drive through. Service was fast. However, I had to ask for my free beverage that is being advertised when you buy a breakfast sandwich. I ordered a Sausage egg swiss croissant ($3.89) and a maple bacon chicken croissant ($4.39). I thought the value of the food was below expectations. Very pricey for the quality that they gave compared to other fast food. Both sandwiches were bad, big swing and a miss by Wendys. Syrup on my chicken sandwich was disgusting and the bacon was way over cooked. I will never order Wendy's breakfast again, trust me take a pass and go elsewhere for a quick bite. On a side note, staff need some customer service training (yes, I realize it is hard to hire people and there is a big labor shortage but that is no excuse for a staff that doesn't greet you or thank you for your business). read more

Every single time we go to this Wendy's they forget an item. This time we went and I asked for ranch for our kid meal, the guy at the drive up rudely said "UH we're all out of ranch" and didn't apologize or offer any substitution. I never had a problem with them. I'm not a fan of Wendy's but I am definitely a fan of their potatoes and chili! Especially, their chili! I tried Wendy's chili for the frost time ever this summer with my baked potatoes and it was fire! The bomb.com! I always make a drive to come here be the chili always fast right and the potatoes are descent size all the time. The staff always add the right amount. This restaurant came under the new management of a grumpy old man about 2 months prior to writing this review, and every time I come here they take WAY too long to produce every person in line's order. Customers in line are always upset and complaining about how long they have been waiting. If you complain to the manager though, he will bark at you with an attitude that doesn't belong in customer service, and refuse to refund you money because it's always just "one more minute!!" According to him. Don't even bother coming during a busy lunch hour, the line is out the door and around the building. I'm not sure how all efficiency was lost with the change of one leader, but I'm done with this location until he is gone. read more

I am currently writing this while waiting in the drive thru. It is 7:10 on a Saturday and I pulled into the drive three at 6:45. There is one car in front of me and 7 behind me. I probably could have gone to Chilis and eaten and left by now. This happened last time as well and the kid at the window told me they were under staffed. I'm not one to write reviews on fast food joints but this experience takes the cake & I had to share. I got to the restaurant at 8:05. The drive through line was around the corner so I figured I'd run inside to save some time. WRONG. This place had a minimum of SIX people working and no one knew their ass from their elbows! I ordered two chicken go wraps with honey mustard & a medium fry. I didn't leave until 8:17!!! How does it take 12 minutes for a simple order with that many people working? Now I understand why the drive through line takes so long because no one does their job!!!!! Got home excited for my meal and realize I was given a crispy chicken wrap with RANCH. If there's anything worse than getting the wrong food, try when you're starving. I didn't bother to go back since I figured it would take more time to drive back & sit in line while they probably fuck up my order even more. Thanks for ruining my dinner Wendy's. Worst Wendy's experience ever!!! Took my daughter here for lunch, they were out of baked potatoes, one of the soda machines sprayed all over, and when I got my burger it was cold and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. The only reason for one star is that they replaced the burger with a fresh one. Also both ketchup dispensers were empty and when I asked for ketchup I got 10 packets all stuck together because one had exploded. The restaurant itself was all redone in the last year, so it's nice inside, but the quality of the food seems to have gone out the window. Boycott this place!!! read more
