This was the absolute worst Wendy's. Where to begin....went to use the bathrooms. No toilet paper in the Womens room and not even a spare roll to be found. Men's room had no towels. Told the lady at counter and she just stared at me like I was an idiot. Just ordered beverages. Coffee was cold. So asked for soda instead. Gave soda cup but soda fountain was empty except for regular coke. No napkins. Very dirty and just a disgusting place with rude people. Got in car and drove 1/2 mile down road and flat tire occurred. Took it to nearby tire place and found new nail in tire. Probably from the cruddy parking lot at this Wendy's. Would give it zero stars but alas had to choose at least one star read more

First time at this Wendy's. I used the drive thru. Robert took my order and made sure that my fries were hot. My single with cheese was fixed as ordered. The 10 piece nuggets with BBQ sauce was hot. I tried a medium Blueberry Pomegranate Lemonade. It was delicious and refreshing. The cost was $3.49. So much cheaper than Starbucks Refresher drinks. I highly recommend you try one. The drive thru moved quickly. Robert was polite and made sure all condiments and napkins were in the bag. I would definitely go back. read more

They often forget items from your order when they're extremely busy. It's happened 3 times. You get home expecting all your items to be there and they aren't. And they never give you receipts so it's hard to talk to them about it when you have no receipts. read more

I placed an order to be delivered through Door Dash on June 1, 2023: a Baked Potato with sour cream/chives, a junior cheeseburger, and a frosty. My MAIN complaint was the potato. First of all, there was NO sour cream, and the chives were very limited, hardly any at all. I could also tell that the potato was old because the peeling looked dark brown and tasted old. I will not place an order with them again through Door Dash or any other means. I also tried calling them to speak with the manager and NOBODY answered the phone. I couldn't believe that!! read more

I went to this Wendy's for breakfast for the first time Xmas eve morning and got a sausage egg and cheese muffin around 8:00 am went to visit family a few hours away sat down to our xmas dinner about 3:30pm just in time to jump up and run to the bathroom for an hour because of FOOD POISIONING. Have about had it with the Hillsboro Wendy's! They are soooo slow. I can't go there for my lunch break because I only have half an hour and you either spend 20+ Munyon the drive-thru or waiting to be served inside! Last Thursday I stopped in at a little after 6, only 4 cars is lot and 2 in drive-thru. An employee was sitting on the curb, right in front of the door, smoking! She had to lean forward so I could open the door to get in! I went inside and no one seemed to want to take my order, they were right there working at the fried, they saw me, I kept waiting and finally the smoker from outside came in to take my order. There were flies buzzing around the serving area like crazy. Three more people came in, two got waited on and still I stood waiting for my Biggie Bag!!! Total it was a little over 10 minutes before I got my order. Never going back read more

Wendy's has their flaws.. incorrect orders..incorrect drinks...incorrect items they've bagged... but one thing I've never had a problem with is a raw burger. I know Wendy's gets fresh and not frozen meat, and I've never had a raw burger.. I've gotten frozen fries, cold potatoes, cold chili, cold nuggets, and even cold burgers, but the burgers have never been raw. Had a Dave's double on Friday with a strawberry lemonade and it was delicious. This was the latonia, ky, location, not any location near my home.. I've had messed up orders from latonia, and Williamsburg, and Batavia locations, but my most recent order was short and simple and they did not let me down. read more

This is slowest Wendy's I have ever experienced. I've been waking in live for over 20 minutes now and I've heard someone tell this person at the the menu that she would "be with right you" and that way 5 minutes ago. She still hasn't said anything. I imagine it'll be another 10 or 15 minutes before I get to the window, and another 30 to get my food. This is literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been at. This Wendy's is really good. The location is convient. They have the cool Coke Machine that has hundreds of different combinations. They also have good hamburgers. They stay open late so that is convient ! read more

This is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I waited 10-15 minutes just to get to the speaker to get my food and an additional 25-30 afterward to get up to the window. When I get to the window they proceed to tell me they ran out of meat. How does that happen at a fast food restaurant??? read more

Third or fourth incredibly disappointing experience at this location. I had two vehicles in front of me at the drive thru and I waited for 25 minutes and the line did not move. Not only that, I watched the guy making food argue with the girl running the register while another guy leaned on the wall and was eating stuff from the prep table!!!! I'm never going back. Wendy's employees are usually pretty polite and helpful. If you're dining in and not ordering through the drive thru you may wait a bit longer, it's just how it is. They seem to have pretty competent management. read more

Long story, short: we stopped there passing through and stood in line for fifteen minutes without one person advancing. Total confusion at the cash register, total confusion in the kitchen, and a manager who did not care. We left without food but had a hard time getting out since the backed up drive through had parking lot snarled. Go to McDonalds!!! read more

The place was clean and the food was good but the wait was pretty long. It seemed like there were problems in the kitchen getting everyone's food together. There was a big line both inside and on the drive thru which this Wendy's just didn't seem ready to handle. read more
