Food is fine. Regular Wendy's fare. But the service is horribly slow. Also, they forgot to give me one of my sandwiches I ordered in my last drive through order. I come here once in a while with the kids for dinner and every time I regret it bc they are just so sloooow. How is it possible to understaff during dinner time?? If you come here, expect to wait at least 15-20 min for your order. Which I understand is a 1st world problem... but it is supposed to be 'fast food' after all! read more

Sat in line for 20 minutes and made an order only to find out when I got to the window that they didn't have what I ordered. They were annoyed that I wanted them to do something for the inconvenience. Horrible experience and would give it negative stars if I could. Just a joke of an establishment. read more

I live near this location, and about once a week I come here. Tonight I was greeted at the menu board with a lady asking what I wanted in a very terrible attitude. Pulling up to the window I noticed she was a little bigger woman with really messed up teeth. Didn't know her name cause of no name badge. I understand she works in fast food and she had 15 minutes till close but I still feel that customer should be treated with respect all times of day. Don't think I'll be coming back anymore because I'm really tired of this place being rude to its customers. Hope to see this place improve its staff in the future. (Ps. I try not to patronize this location - they recently got a face lift but the service is still slow and inaccurate. I see the following things happen with every visit: 1) There is a long waiting line for food. And they do not put food on the tray all at once, so your fires can be sitting there getting cold while they run back to get a salad. 2) I see sit down customers bringing back food that was incorrectly prepared or ordered. 3) I see easily stocked items have run out (napkins, ketchup) and it does not matter what time of day it is 4) There is this weird 3 tier/bin sorting system with the fires where the person filling fries takes a few out of each bin (????) to fill an order. I thought it was a one time thing, but now I notice it every time I visit. 5) All the ice tea tastes like mango because they use the same brew basket for plain tea and flavored tea (this is a Wendy's problem, not exclusive to this location). 6) Service is really hit or miss. Sometimes you get the person that appears disinterested in serving you, but they get your order correct. Other times you get a friendly person who does not pay attention to your simple special requests (single, no cheese). One time going through the drive thru the cashier (window 1) did not say anything to me. Took my charge card, ran it and handed me my receipt and then i saw them sit down and start texting on their cell phone (drive thru line was not moving so I just sat there and watched them). 7) Fried foods are really hit and miss. Sometimes the nuggets are "burnt" looking - do not know if this is from overcooking, not filtering the oil, or if they are just old. Fries are hit or miss as well Good things about this location- 1) Its on the way home from work and they have good chili (some Wendys do not) 2) They have a Coke Freestyle 3) Manager that I have dealt with is nice and friendly. 4) Burgers and salads have been good If there were another Wendy's on the way home I would patronize it. read more

I am a frequent customer and i always get good customer service at this location. But today I came in the drive thru to order a 6 piece nugget and two strawberry lemonades with no ice. As i tried to explain the no ice part of my drink order i was rudely interrupted by joseph who said "what sauce for the nuggets" i didnt think anything of it but i said sweet and sour please. He replied "anything else for you, and i said "yes just the strawberry lemonades with no ice. He proceeded to cut me off again, rasing his voice. He repeated his statement "what else" and we said thats all and he said "pull around". Out of all the times ive been to this location ive never experienced anything like this, but i will not be coming back to this location again. This is unacceptable. read more

Avoid this Wendy's at all cost after 8pm. Slow and your order will be cold and soggy. It's not the first time this had happened to me.

Tired of the bad service. People seem to not care about customers. Give them minimal attention and seem annoyed with people even ordering. Drive thru Friday evening. Service good, food almost inedible. Fries greasy and sitting way too long under light, cold before I got out of parking lot. Pretzel bacon burger was no better, dry stone cold bun and meat, seriously lacking bacon. It took 20 minutes for me to get through the drive through line today. When I asked the man at the window why it took it so long, he just shrugged and mumbled "I dunno." It's been a few years since I came to this Wendy's because of how terrible the service was before. Visited the other night as I was passing through and decided to get a frosty. Sat at the menu for about 3 minutes before a woman asked me for my order. Ordered a large chocolate Frosty and said "That will be all thank you." She responded "Will that be all," with an annoyed tone. I responded "yes thank you." She told me to pull around to the second window for my total. I get to the second window and the woman is waiting for an older man to move out of her way from the drink dispenser. He finally moves and she puts a large cup under the frosty machine and fills it about 3/4 full and turns to put a lid on. As she turned I was able to see how my large was more like a medium. After putting a lid on it she tries to hand it to me and I ask her if she could please add more. She snaps "It's already to the top! SEE!" I respond "Actually the peak is in the center, there's nothing down the sides," meaning that the frosty was not much more than a soft serve peak in the center of the cup. She turns away from me and yells "OH MY GAAAAWDDDDDD!" Slams the cup down on top of the machine and continues to fill it before shoving it in my face. Gina, (thankfully you wore a name tag) you need to go back to customer service training as your skills are woefully inadequate. You also need to work on your anger management. It's not my fault you're working at a fast food restaurant well into your 50's. That's your fault. No need to be rude to me for wanting to get what I paid for, a large frosty instead of a medium serving in a large cup. No matter the remodel of this location it is still a dumpster fire. I. Will. Using dirty grease to make chicken sandwiches during dinner hours and serving meat that looks nothing like chicken. Not good. When I traveled back with my order, the manager made no eye contact and did not have any accountability for the quality. Disappointing (and disgusting). read more

I usually stop at this Wendy's pretty regularly. And the drive thru employees are always very courteous and do a great job. I've only ever had one other bad experience with their food and addressed immediately the next day to inform the manager what happened. But this is strike 2. I think the manager on staff is doing a really great job. And the location just got a "facelift" and I think they are struggling with new hires. But I was really disappointed when I stopped in today after being sick the past couple of days, to pick up two of their new cookies. Only to get to work and open the bags to realize the cookies were hard as rocks. Not just one - but both of them- the double chocolate chip and the regular chocolate chip. Really disappointing that who ever made them felt this type of quality was something they would serve. Maybe the person who made them actually likes extremely crunchy, hard as a rock, cookies. And if that's the case, maybe *they* should have kept both batches for themselves and made a fresh batch for the rest of us that actually prefer them the way they are advertised and supposed to be made. This location was recently remodeled but I have never seen a fast food restaurant run so inefficiently. After waiting in the drive thru lane for at least 10 minutes without moving at all, we parked and went inside. We saw firsthand why the line wasn't moving. Although there were at least 8 employees, none of them seemed to know what to do and they were not working together in any way. At one point, the girl working the drive thru walked out into the dining room to fill up a cup with tea for the customer in the drive thru line - so apparently they don't have tea in the back. The sign outside of the restaurant says they are hiring and and boasts that you can work today and get paid tomorrow. Perhaps they should focus on hiring people that can do the job rather than those that need to be paid the next day. It should not take 30 minutes to get a meal at a fast food restaurant. read more

Went inside to see what was the hold up , and all the kids (employees) and poor excuses for managers were laughing it up on their phones and playing with each others hair. I saw two kids EATING COOKIES IN THE BACK ROOM. AWFUL. All all all all of the managers SUCK, poor manners, dirty , smelly, rude, don't seem to care about anything including their job or customer service what so ever.
