I kinda get the idea of not starting your order until you arrive, but then why did it take 10 minutes for a burrito and oles, and the food wasn't hot, and why act all confused when I let them know I was there for my order? I don't believe it's a staffing issue because there's always several people standing around when I go. It's only a #6 "add onions" and every time so far, onions are forgotten or some of the ingredients that are regularly included are forgotten. This has happened at least four times so far . Compared to other sandwich chains, J.J. is not cheap... therefore a reasonable amount of attention should be made to one's order, especially when it's easy like a #6.
