I understand that nails may not turn out exactly like an inspiration picture, but for $54, I expected the colors and design to be followed more closely and my concerns to be taken seriously. I got a set today they charged me $50 so I asked why not $40 like on the menu. the reason? she said $5 for oval shape. that's insane. Not only that but I asked for a bright red, I got like a peachy orange reddish color. after about the third nail I told her I didn't like it and it didn't look anything like the color I picked out. she said that was the color. I said I wanted to change it she said she would charge me a fee. mind you two nails had been painted and not even been under the light. Never come here. Zero customer service.
