Worst fast food place I've ever been to. The employee who was supposed to be assisting us--didn't talk or interact with us. She basically threw our food into the car and slammed the window with no explanation as if that was all our items or not and just sat there talking. And finally after sitting there for awhile in the car confused she opened the window, still not saying anything, and we had to ask if that was all. Her response being "...that's it" and slamming the window yet again and those were the only words she ever said to us. So, to whoever was the girl with glasses and what I'm assuming was supposed to be a low ponytail, you have some major attitude problems and I'd be surprised if you can keep a fast food job like this. read more

Genuinely, my worst fast food experience. My brother and I came here 3 hours ago. We used the Wendy's app for 2 deals. When I said" can I use an offer on my app?" They said with attitude"this is not Burger King, don't play with me." Of course I was taken back but technical difficulties happen. They told us we can scan our QR codes when paying but when we pulled up, the older lady said "no we don't have time for that, there's only 3 of us" with of course, an attitude. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. The fries were nice and hot, but hardly salted at all (they must have missed this batch with the shaker). Service was reasonably fast. That's the end of the good news. Bacon burger was only just warm. Same with the nuggets! The BBQ sauce they offer didn't even taste like barbecue sauce. Whatever recipe their sauce provider is using needs a close look. Was disappointed that the meal only comes with a small drink...fine if I were eating in-house, but not much value if I'm to-go. as it turned out, it didn't matter, because the Diet Coke tasted terrible. Lots of carbonated water, not much syrup, and not much taste. When I told my server, she just said, "I'll check on it." No offer of refund, no gesture of any kind that might resemble customer service. So, there you have it. $7 for a lunch that was 90% awful. The good news? We stopped by after work to get dinner. Of course, like most fast food places, prices have gone up. After ordering $25 worth of food. I asked if we could get a dipping sauce for our fries, the manager behind the counter said "we don't give those away" and just walked away. I can understand if I walked into the store and just asked for some sauces. But after spending $25 on 2 burgers, some fries and some drinks. We pulled up to Wendy's expecting to grab some food since the building clearly stated it was open 24 hours in big red letters. All the lights were on, both inside and at the drive-thru, so there was no reason to think otherwise. We pulled up to the speaker, and a guy tells us they're closed. No explanation, no sign saying different hours--just "we're closed." As we drove away, we couldn't believe it. The massive "OPEN 24 HOURS" sign was still lit up on the side of the building. If you're not actually open 24 hours, at least turn off the sign or update your hours so people don't waste their time driving there. read more

Terrible service from a rude ass staff for no reason at all. They will never get your order right no matter how many times you repeat it. Also no common sense at all with the staff. They will hand you two big large drinks, no cup holder, that kind of common sense. My experience here was awful!! Me and my associate went to sit down and get situated at this establishment when a worker told us we could not be there. And you'd think this was normal for COVID but on their website and on all of their doors it says the dining room is open. We told her that it said the dining room was open and she kept telling us "dining room closed" and we asked her if we could buy food to be able to sit down and she told us to go outside. I feel as if it's a little rude to lie to your customers and let them come all the way here only for it to be closed. I suggest you stay far away from this place in the near future, that is unless you want to be misled. read more

One car in front of me in the drive thru, and it took 25 minutes to get my food ( chicken tenders and fries). The fries were cold and soggy. The chicken tenders were not the correct number. Car after car was waiting in the drive thru line and going to the McDonalds next door. Next time just skip the hassle and go to McDonalds. read more

It's all about the people who work there. What a great bunch of hard working people. I stop in around 2-4 times a week and always at the drive thru. I have found friendly, courteous, people there all the time, but I have to say the best is for sure Drakeia O. She goes above and beyond to say hello, make sure my order is correct and just an all round friendly person. Even going as far to let me know I was early one day. Made me laugh, she truly is a pleasant surprise, and I look forward to seeing her there. I do hope that her manager sees this and rewards her, or let her train others to give super great service, along with a nice raise, she deserves it. read more

I usually have a good experience here.. however, I tried to buy two jr bacon cheeseburgers and a drink and was told to go around front, I hesitantly agreed. Waited out front for over ten minutes as several people behind me got their food. Went back through the drive though when I figured nobody was coming out. Asked for my money back and was told to go back around front, where I waited with nobody coming out to help. I went inside, asked for my money back and she just upgraded the size of my drink and didn't give my money back or a free meal or anything. I recently ordered using door dash and received a delivery that left a bad experience. To no fault of the driver as he can only do so much. Two separate people asked us what we ordered at two different windows, menus were not lit, the guy taking our order said "me too" after we told him we needed a minute. We did not receive our fries, got a small frosty instead of a large, received a half empty large frosty, and the last window smelled pretty dank. We also did not receive spoons.
