Stopped here today to have the Saucy Chicken Nuggets, I ordered a 10-piece. While they recently renovated a few years ago, this one does not have the fireplace with lounge chairs and Wi-fi pub, but they do have a pair of self-ordering computers for guests to order without waiting for a cashier to come take their order, while it does have the option to pay to the cashier if they choose to pay in cash. I haven't eaten at this location in YEARS because one opened up really close to my house. I got in and out of the drive thru just fine and the employees were nice and efficient. The exterior of the restaurant really needed some TLC. A LOT of trash in the parking lot and the parking lines need painted something fierce. I almost got in a wreck because I don't think the other car knew that I was leaving the 'out' lane and she entered in that lane. I got a half Cesar salad with homestyle chicken instead of the spicy chicken. The chicken was very good, but there was a terrible aftertaste to the salad. I'm not sure if it was the dressing or the cheese. I've ordered this salad half a dozen times before and it's never tasted like that. I just ate my chicken and threw the rest of the salad away. Waste of money. The strawberry lemonade was delish. I just wish I didn't have so much pulp and seeds in it. Frosty is a frosty but it's always a good treat. I'll probably stick to my local Wendy's. Just seems cleaner and the food more fresh than this location. read more

The last time I came here, a couple years ago, I had my perfect Wendy's lunch. All of the food and service in that experience was 5 stars. Let's see how my most recent visit went... I stopped here for lunch today on my way back to Omaha for work. The service and food were all top notch. As soon as I stepped up to order, the lady greeted me with a smile and asked what I wanted. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a 4-piece chicken nugget. I went to sit down and noticed that everything was actually pretty clean. The food came up extremely fast and was delicious. The fries were hot and crispy. The sandwich tasted fresh. My only gripe was that the nuggets were only warm, not piping hot like I'd want. Overall, this Wendy's rocks. I try to stop by here whenever I am near Sioux City. read more

I went into the dining area and order food. The worker named David was such a pleasure. He was very respectful and was patient with me. My food came out fast and it was very delicious. 10/10 recommend this Wendy's location. Service was great as well as the food! We stopped at this Wendy's for a to go order while on a road trip. The women's bathroom has 1 sink that does not turn on. I had already put soap on my hands, had to go out and get napkins to wipe it off. It was a bit difficult to eat knowing the women employees were not washing their hands after using the bathroom. The worst service ever. Waiting for over 20 minutes for just a salad? I drive through here once a week and have always wanted to stop here - but I will never be back here. Not great customer service or attitudes either. Bad. 6 people in the kitchen - 3 standing around doing nothing. I ended up being there 30 minutes. Disgustingly dirty. Toilet doesn't flush, water all over floor. Wrong orders all around!

Our order was missing food. The service however was fast. The place was clean. Will probably go elsewhere next time we drive through.

The pickles on the burgers were not dill; not sure what they were. It had mayo but no mustard. Outside of that the burger was okay. The fries tasted like they were at least four hours old. Very stale. And the soda tasted like many different flavor. They must not clean their machines very often. We will definitely will drive on by next time. read more
