When I brought it to your attention, I was told that changing the screen could not affect the battery. What's even more frustrating is that you do not take the warranty seriously. Instead of standing behind your work, your wife made excuse after excuse and dismiss my concerns. I paid to have my phone repaired, and now I'm dealing with a battery issue that wasn't there before. We decided to take it to phone zone for a cheaper repair (quoted less than half the price of apple) and lo and behold it was just a metal piece of the charger like we originally thought. The repair guy was super nice and it was a very reasonable price to remove/clean the port. I will definitely be bringing my devices here from now on.
