I wanted to be fair and give you the benefit of the doubt before coming back. When I returned, your wife opened the phone only to show me where the battery was located. Instead of listening to my concerns and trying to find a solution, she argued with me and focused on trying to prove that I was wrong. I came in looking for help with an issue that started immediately after the repair, and I expected my concerns to be taken seriously. I had my iPhone screen replaced, and afterward I noticed a significant change in my battery life that I did not have before the repair. When I brought it to your attention, I was told that changing the screen could not affect the battery. What's even more frustrating is that you do not take the warranty seriously. Instead of standing behind your work, your wife made excuse after excuse and dismiss my concerns. I paid to have my phone repaired, and now I'm dealing with a battery issue that wasn't there before. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and take your phone somewhere else!

By far and away, the most disgusting, repulsive, lying personality I've ever dealth with. Everything I say here is backed up by hard evidence. The guy scheduled appointment with me for phone battery replacement. Said he'd need to get some glue for this and assured me he'd get - appointment was 5 days away. On the morning of the appointment, a couple of hours before I had to come over, I shot him a quick message to confirm he got the glue. He said No and said the phone repair is high risk and he didn't wanna do it. I told him this is my only phone, I need to use it a lot for calls and meetings, and it's kind of dying. I asked him if he knew he's not gonna do the battery swap, why did he take the job, sat on the appointment for 5 days, and didnt reach out? If I hadnt contacted him I would have come over for the appointment he was never going to honor. He started getting defensive, and started lying to my face about "telling me he needed parts", then he started accusing me of "threatening him", being rude to him and started threatening me himself. He started telling me he'll report my account to Yelp and that he'll sue me. After I politely asked him to go away and leave me alone TWICE, the guy kept messaging me over and over, while telling me I'm harassing him... He gave me "final warning from Franchitti's Fix LLC". I stopped talking to him and he kept sending me harassing and threatening Yelp messages, and another one just arrived, while I'm writing this very review. I'm a busy person, and don't often post Yelp reviews, but I felt with how much of a piece of work this guy is it's worth my time to warn others, because I'd hate to see innocent people walking away with the horrible feeling in their stomach, after wasting days on this guy, like I did. If you're scheduling an appointment with him - know that it means nothing to him, and he's most likely not gonna honor it. If you will "have the nerve" to ask him why he's not doing the job he took on, or confront him why he took the appointment and wasted many days of your time waiting for it, without telling you he has no intention to do the job - expect to be lied to your face about appointment being scheduled in the first place, expect to be threatened with being reported to Yelp, and to be sued. After you try to gracefully extract yourself from the conversation, and take your business elsewhere and put this guy behind you - expect him to continue harassing you with Yelp messages and threatening you for a while longer, in order to get a rise out of you and make you say something he could use to accuse you of misconduct, while he's simultaneously accusing *you* of harassing, disrespecting and threatening him. Alternatively, if you have a shred of common sense - STAY AWAY, and DON'T EVER CONTACT this guy in the first place. The choice is yours. EDIT: This is an edit in response to business owner's reply. Apparently, asking him about the glue he said he needed and would get is considered "hostile or disrespectful behavior", because right after he said he doesnt have it on the morning of the appointment, and I asked him why he made me wait 5 days and didn't tell me he's not gonna do the job, he started saying phone is "high risk", because it's thin and foldable. Don't be hostile to him, y'all - don't ask him why he's refusing to do the job, when you wait for days and come over for a scheduled, and confirmed appointment. This guy can lie all he wants, but one thing he cannot do is tamper with the evidence - he does not have access to modify chat history.

Went to him for a phone battery replacement. He is local, and honestly, he has low prices ($45 +tax for the battery replacement). He told me that his battery is not original product (ie, not Apple battery). That's fine, I just needed my phone to hold a charge. The new battery he replaced with was WORSE than my old battery. It went from 94% to 70% in less than an hour! I went back the next day, and his mannerism was abysmal. He told me, that's a new battery, must be a problem with your phone processor. I didn't want to risk trying another "un-original" phone battery through him and asked for a refund instead. He begrudgingly refunded $40, minus $5 for service fee. As I was leaving his kiosk, he blurted, "And don't come back." Like why? It was unwarranted, he could've just said nothing and let it be. Of course I wouldn't come back after such an experience. So I left, not only with a faulty battery, but also upset by his rude mannerism. The guy was angry at me for his own faulty product. And then gave me attitude for it... ;( Anyways, lesson learned to not go cheap. Went to Apple Store later that day, they ran diagnostics. Everything is fine with my phone. New battery ($69), and surprise surprise. It works just fine! I would advise anyone to avoid this place -- it's not worth the risk, nor the time and frustration, and overall horrendous customer service.

Came in to get my Galaxy 9 note screen fixed (cracked the screen). Met Lloyd at the front desk and was extremely helpful during our transaction. I dropped the phone off and they let me know how long it was going to be. When the time came after a couple of hours Ray offered to deliver my phone to me while I was at work! I mentioned to him that traffic is terrible coming to my job around 4pm and that it would be easier to come later at around 7pm but Ray insisted on getting my phone back to me asap and showed up at 4pm. The phone looked brand new, no problems to report, im 100% satisfied and the price was a great deal. DON'T TAKE YOUR PHONE ANYWHERE ELSE!! I've finally found a repair shop that isn't trying to rip me off, so I felt obligated to write this review. I came in to replace an iPhone X screen which other businesses told me would cost $150- $189 but these guys did it for $120 and they did it in less than 10 minutes. On top of that, they also seemed genuinely appreciative to their customers and that's something I haven't seen in a while. Brought in an iPad that would no longer charge. We're able to diagnose and determine it was a bad chip on the motherboard. After they soldered in a new chip, iPad is backup and running again. They gave me a very reasonable price for the repair and when they returned the iPad it was as if it was never opened before. Brought in an iPhone 7, the screen had stopped working. All my pictures and videos were on it and of course I hadn't backed it up forever. Losing those memories would have been horrible. Chris was very kind and helpful. I also used a feature in yelp to cross compare multiple prices among other stores. Konnect phone repair had the best prices and I was in and out and 20 to 25 minutes. There was a nice waiting area. I was able to do some work at while I waited. Would recommend and revisit. They were also very responsive over chat when I was getting original prices. read more
