I was very happy with Sean and Jacqueline from this firm. They were really on top of things as they progressed and this was a very difficult closing from start to finish. It took two months to get it to close with many difficulties caused by both the buyers bank and the buyers lack of knowledge about purchasing a home, with this being their first home buy. I was involved in a deal with Sean recently and was forwarded some correspondence he had with the other parties involved, and it was very rude. His tone was condescending, threatening and unnecessarily disrespectful. The language he used and how he conveyed himself has no place in professional deals, and it's rather embarrassing to be associated with anyone that speaks to people like that. I'm all for trying to get a client the best deal, but not at the expense of basic decency. I hope for future deals, when he is more experienced, he will be less laughably impudent. read more
