No warning on policy…read moreinformation or ability to access any of my policy information online to make payments on time.anytime I would call and try to get any information or discuss payment or if my policy has been corrected to proceed with payment I would get the runaround and the lady would blame it on payroll. This office proceeded to cancel my policy after a few days of being past due without warning. When I say a few days past due was not 30 60 or 90 it was 3 days past due with no warning no phone calls no email no paper mail was received stating that my policy was going to be canceled. I had to find out by receiving a letter that I have to pay the fee of $50 due to lapse in insurance.
