I could no longer log into my account properly, and was shocked to learn I no longer had active insurance, but was receiving someone else's statements etc to my address. . Long story short, the main hotline couldn't help and deferred to my agent. It was Saturday and the agent's office was closed. An agent called today, no explanation or apology for the mixed up situation (this happened 6 months ago as well). I've been getting quotes for the past seven years, wanting to transfer my policies to State Farm, not because of State Farm, but because of Daniel Pennington in her crew.
