They are a scam at best and quite possibly a criminal enterprise. Do not send them your money. Their process is as follows: 1) Promise an exit, with a large upfront fee [[HIGHLIGHT]]2) String you along for 18 months or so of "we're waiting to hear back from the company, should be soon"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 3) If you don't lose patience with them by then, they will eventually set you up for Phase 2 where they try to get more of your money. 4) They will tell you that they received a settlement offer from the timeshare company, but will only deliver it verbally, nothing in writing. 5) They will have you sign an agreement that they have satisfied their obligation to you in order to accept the supposed offer. They will then switch to wanting personal checks sent to an unverified address and to a contact that allegedly works for the timeshare company, but they will refuse to provide any direct communication from the timeshare company. Currently considering legal action and/or pursuing criminal charges against them. read more

The reviews were mixed, and we didn't feel confident about how the company executed its business. We walked away from the idea of using them. Fast forward to 2024 -- we were in a bind. We really needed to get out of our timeshare, and the options were limited. This company refuses to evaluate, share the process or in any way assist you unless you terminate - BEFORE they will talk to you - any other timeshare exit contracts that you have. In other words they want you to make a blind faith leap, eliminating any other safety nets, and then they will let you know IF they can help you, what their fees are, and how long the process will take. They appear to be very like the timeshare companies that they supposedly (as how do you know since they won't speak to you) help you exit. I wanted to get rid of our timeshare which we haven't used in many years and heard about their advertisement. When I read the reviews and yelp, they were usually very skeptical and unfriendly towards this company. When I contacted them they wanted $7000 and I had two timeshares, the salesman was nothing more than a high-pressure person just like a timeshare purchase. He kept pushing to sign up that day and start initiating payments. I finally was able to finish the phone call despite his attempts to continue it. Reading the yelp reviews I contacted the Timeshare and settled it all by myself with just having to pay legal fees. WF helped us terminate our timeshare and for that we are grateful. It was a bit of a slog..... 3.5 years I think and more money, but we no longer have to worry about a useless timeshare from Vacation Village being passed onto our son after our deaths. Overall, WF is very professional. The only negatives for me were 1) the time it took and that is on the timeshare, I think and 2) the churn of acct reps. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. I tried to set up a consultation with this company... and I only had 1 day to talk.. because my husband works different hours than me. For the day of the appointment I asked to change times and they said they could not do it because they were booked up. So I had to stop my day to make sure I made it home in time for that appointment. And come to find out, the "Vice President" had technical difficulties. So I stopped my day to make an appointment that they themselves could not make!!!! They even called and gave my empty hope that they would reach out and call me back... made me watch a 45 min video for how it was founded. Every time I ask for an update take so much time to hear from them, it's causing more stress than help. I wish to leave a final positive review in few months if I will see result and I will be released from my timeshare company , but unfortunately, right now , I don't feel they value me as customer or this is will ever happen. Were so disappointed with Wesley! We spent $7000 to have Wesley tell me how to write to Marriott to cancel our timeshare. I handled all the e-mails and phone calls with Marriott. Horrible experience here! I signed up paid over 5K and never was able to hardly talk to anyone, my welcome call took forever to get and when it came I was out of town away from all my paperwork they said they would call the next week. I called them two weeks later and took forever to talk to them. When I said I wanted to cancel because of lack of communication and the fact I felt they were taking advantage of me it took over a month again, I had to remind them I have not been canceled and a week or so later I finally got the call to cancel. Complete failure on their part and they were not even willing to refund which shows they truly do not care. Way to treat a retired military member and member of the clergy people! They charge you tens of thousands of dollars claiming to assist you with getting out of a timeshare contract but they all work together to screw you over. You should not have to pay a company thousands of dollars to do nothing but have you do all the work and then drag your case on for a few years to assure that they get thousands of dollars from you. It is a scam no matter what they try to prove and say to you. One screw you over to join the other screws you over claiming they can get you out of the contract...They both work together and everyone gets paid in the end at your expense. Be very careful, this will cost you as much as it would be to pay the Timeshare off. Unless you owe more than $12,000 on your timeshare, do not use this company. They have no set price point on services and the VP who talks to you will determine the cost based on what he can earn in commission. This was total waste of time and the VP tried a hard sale, if you don't make a decision in two days than the deal is off. This was like talking to a car salesman. Multi-tier marketing and closing of deals, by the way they past you up the food chain for the closer. Don't be fool by the advertising. This company is a complete scam. They give different prices for different clients. They have not done what they said they would do to get me out of my timeshare and if any work is done it's all me doing the work. It should be one set price for all cancellations but it's not. The lowest charge I've seen is $13,000 and the highest was $42,000. Don't let the radio ads fool you. It's been over a year and I haven't heard anything helpful yet. After quick in depth research i came across Wesley Financial Group on Yelp. I was able to send a free counsiltation form and they were able to get back with me pretty quickly. They do charge a fee for your first directional step but i assure the steps work and is worth the value they charge. they were able to get me out of the hidden fee contract and i was no longer a timeshare holderwithin a few weeks! Started looking for Timeshare Exit company to help us get out of Wyndham timeshare. Heard Wesley Financial Group LLC advertised on WGAR 99.5 So I hoped it was legit. We entered into a contract with July 2020. Wesley said they focus on hoping customers who were misled and had deceitful sales tactics used by timeshare companies. They put you through a screening process where you had to qualify to work with them work with them. We signed a contract with them which included a $2600 down payment and then 24 monthly payments monthly payments. They have 100% guarantee customer satisfaction that they will help you exit the timeshare. They do not return phone calls they are not helping cancel timeshare. I do not believe this is a legit company and have filed a complaint on Better Business Bureau. I am stressed and upset. We have paid 17 payments of the 24. I have reached out to Wesley multiple times and continue to get different names of different people who will help.. Nothing is happening it's happening but lies. Our next payment is due 2/1/22. I do not even know what to do at this point, however, I know I do not want to continue to pay for a scam. read more

Agreement calls for you to resolve issues through better business bureau, which they are a member. They currently enjoy an A- rating with BBB. I filed a complaint in March 2014 to get a refund and it has been ignored, yet the BBB has not changed their rating nor lowered their rating; neither has their membership been suspended. In addition, my complaint has not been shown on the BBB website. The first business response to my complaint was filed with lies! Ironically, their response helped my case and I was able to prove it in my rebuttal. Since then nothing, it shows the BBB contacting them for a response and as usual, no response. With Wesley you will experience poor customer service, high staff turnover, broken promises, failure to return calls or acknowledge email. I signed an agreement to get out of a contract with a Vacation Resort and purchase resort points outright in July 2012. I am out of the contract due to my own work, I was abandoned by Wesley, and did not receive answers or points I paid for. Contacted President with complaint, including email documentation, and received a canned response. I am very disappointed with this whole nightmarish experience. We selected Wesley Financial Group because of the following: 1) Wesley was founded by a former employee of the Timeshare business and saw firsthand how guests were badgered by the salesmen, 2) they have been in business since 1989 and have had MAJOR success in helping people get out of their timeshares, 3) my wife and I had owned our timeshare for since 1990 and had seen the maintenance fees go up when we bought more points. Every time we bought more points we were told that maintenance fees would only go up about dollars per month. We had to do something to get out and Wesley Financial Group called out of the blue. They were a God Send. The process started in June 2015 with Brittany Gober walking us through the process step by step. When Brittany was promoted Katie Lou Cardinal jumped in and continued to work with us and encourage us and ensuring us that we were making headway. The process was finally finished in December 2015 when we received a cancelation letter from the Timeshare company offering to cancel our contract of which we owed XX,000 as Gold members. This was an answer to our prayers. NO MORE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS WITH SKY ROCKETING MAINTANCE FEES!!!
