My issue recently is with the company that has taken over cullman primary care, Complete Health. This week has been very difficult for me. I needed a refill for a breathing medication. My pharmacy sent a refill request, which they have done for a long time. they received no reply for several days. I tried to call the dr. office and was told they no longer accept the pharmacy request. i asked for a refill to be sent to my pharmacy, that was 2 days ago. my breathing has be increasingly difficult. i had to go to urgent care today to get treatment. I don't see how Complete Health can put on their signs 'patience first...always. I actually have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. As I said I still would not want to go to anyone besides dr. Coccia, I am very disappointed in the disruptions from the new company

I highly recommend this office for anyone except the use of Dr Sheffield. He has been nothing but…read morerude to me. I have spoken with him several times on the phone and every time he has been either short with me or completely rude. He has not taken me seriously one time that I've spoken to him. I give him 0 stars individually. However, all of the other doctors there are magnificent. I would give them all 5 stars!!!
