Convenient care is convenient, I suppose, in all things but the wait time. Then again, I'm pretty sure I've waited longer at the emergency room. We waited an hour before we were finally called back to a room, there we saw a nurse and waited another thirty minutes for a doctor to come back. Once she did there was a lot of poking and prodding of my son's finger, which I am just going to assume was medically necessary, before she decided he needed stitches. We waited another 10-15 minutes to be moved to another room where they gave him a shot to numb his finger and he then received three stitches. I wasn't sure if they could give stitches at convenient care but I was pleasantly surprised that they did & we were not just redirected to the hospital. Everyone we came in contact with from reception, to nurses, to the doctor were all very nice & friendly. If the need arose for convenient care again, which I'm sure it will with a clumsy child on my hands, I would gladly come back to this location for any services needed for my family or myself. The only problem I had was the wait time, which is pretty common from most places like these, but if they could shorten those wait times, that would be great!

The doctor had a great friendly personality, they listened and treated me exactly how I expected them to. They were patient, kind and overall I couldn't have asked for better care. Nurse Practitioner Brenton Halden is a perfect example of why nurses should not be allowed to play…read moredoctor. Smug know it's all that barely knows the basics. Have to wonder how much clinical/hands on experience he had as an RN before he easily became an NP. The only thing he should be allowed to do in the medical field is change bed pans and even then he should be supervised by a CNA to make sure he is doing that right.
