I would suggest that if you are planning to have you water utilities supplied by a garage - rather than, for instance, a water supplier. Took my car to this garage for repair but they were unable to fix it even though they charged me £250 for unnecessary parts. When they wanted another £800 for something else I decided to call it a day and traded it in. On the plus side I got a really nice reliable little car eventually On the minus side 1 Had to ask several times for paperwork after the sale 2 So many broken appointments to deliver the car - it would always be ready tomorrow Do u know that song If tomorrow never comes? 3 The day I did pick it up it was dirty and had no front wheel on they were still fitting it when I got there and the sales rep was half an hour late for work! 4 The full tank of petrol they promised didnt materialise Car only just made it to the garage 6 Come back for a full valet he said - still dried mud in the side of the door and glove compartment afterwards So for a nice reliable little car Yes they are good BUT dont expect anything else you will not get the wonderful checks that they promise I didnt even have an interior light bulb fitted Dont expect a full valet they dont understand cleaning here Do make sure you have something else to drive in the 3 - 4 weeks you will wait for it to arrive Dont expect it to be delivered as promised - you will need to go and collect it regardless of what they tell you Its still a good car at a good price read more

I have to say that I've always been happy with the water service where I live. It does seem, though, that most summers there are road works some around where a pipe or wotnot is being repaired. The roads around Poole seems rather patchwork - but that is due to the Council. Rhen I moved to my current abode, I was rather horrified at the water rates, and decided to go on a water meter - I wish I'd done it years ago. I save more than a third of what I would be paying. read more

The water in Bristol seems pretty good to me. I have never had a problem with it despite other saying it is cloudy or doesn't taste right. The only downside it seems to me is the price. The water in the west is the most expensive on average. I don't see why we should have to pay more than others round the country for water. It should be like gas and electricty- the same price for all. Realistically we don't have a choice with water companies. read more

If you are thinking of getting a motobility car therough this dealership the agent in charge was amazing and I personally have never had such great service and communication. Annalli was heplfull and very knowledgeable about what car is suitable to the disability and also pointed out why a spercific car is suitable or not, encouraging test drives to see if it meets your needs. My Nissan Qashqai was due for its first MOT. As I bought the car there, I thought I would take advantage of the Free MOT 4life. I left the car with them at 9.30am and they said it would be ready in an hour. I was still waiting for the car to be tested at 11.30am!! They tried to find something to invoice me for and wriggle out of the free MOT, but failed. The car was not washed as promised, but that would have taken another 20mins! I will not be wasting my time with this garage again! read more

Took an older Alfa in for a service last year. Although I asked for a specific period manufacturer service and elected for a 'while you wait' service, at the *end* of the promised waiting time I was told that they hadn't actually got the parts in for the service so it would be a lot longer before it was ready. On the plus side, they did then give me a courtesy car free of charge, but I had to keep ringing them through the day to chase progress. They did phone back after my complaint, which is good practice, although they guy I spoke to was more interested in justifying their performance (and asking me not to mark them down if Alfa called), than in actually doing anything to improve my experience as a customer. Was at least completed on the day, but on checking my paperwork in prep for this year's service I note that they didn't carry out the brake fluid change specified for that service point by Alfa. They've just now told me that all that is required is a check at that point - maybe, but that's not what the service schedule supplied with the car says. Or what any of the other sources I've looked at say. Won't be using them again if I can avoid it, as they don't seem very organised - I've had mixed experience with trying to get parts through them too - and it was mind bogglingly expensive for what it was. read more

Took my Nissan Leaf in for its first service today. Had arranged to wait and told it would take an hour and a half. Three hours later a was still waiting. Fobbed of as usual by reception and frozen solid. Had to pay for a coffee out of a grubby machine. These people should visit VW for some customer service experience. They adjusted my breaks without telling me and I almost butted the steering wheel when I applied them. They were bad news when I bought the car and clearly things haven't changed. Was also promised a phone call later that day regarding a finance enquiry but surprise surprise nobody called. Avoid! read more

I hate the fact that you can't award zero stars as part of a review, because that is what this garage deserves! Absolute shambles! The salesman took us on a test drive; the car ran out of petrol on the M32 and we had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come and rescue us. He then tried to flog us a used car without telling us that the PCP interest rate on a new car is actually much less. Incompetent staff who don't return calls and don't do what they say they will..DO NOT use this car dealer. The average rating for this garage seems to have benefitted from a couple of reviews for Wessex Water! read more

Having found a good Qashkai online I got in contact regarding my car and part exchange. I was told that to get the car onsite for a test drive they would need a £250 deposit to stop which I stupidly gave them over the phone. I then came in 3 days later to find that the car was not on site and the sales person then arrived with the car all dirty and not looking its best for the test drive. After the test drive I decided I did not want the car and emailed them with no response. Then I left a message asking for my money back. Finally I was told I needed to come in again - so I drove all the way to Cribbs to find the sales person not there and they said they didn't know why I had been asked to come in. Finally I was told the money would be refunded in 5 days. The sales experience here was terrible the staff were super pushy and rude and taking money off me for a test drive was out of order I will never use this garage again. read more
