Called Brian on a Friday after trying to do my own oil change. Originally called because the drain…read moreplug was over torqued by the last shop but at the time I wasn't sure if it was stripped. I decided to stop before possibly damaging something. We scheduled a time for me to come by and when I got there he pulled the truck in, told me that it's just over torqued and did the oil change. We did discussed his pricing and what the quoting process looks like for future services. I think the pricing and the service/ details he provides is good value and I intend to use his shop going forward.
