We have multiple ways to make payments-NO excuse. They had a bad phone # and I think a bad address as well so we couldn't contact. There are steps we HAVE to take before auctioning a unit,including mailing a letter to both primary and contacts. It is also advertised in the Record Eagle and if possible we call-multiple times to try and contact them. As far as the ashes are concerned. We had NO idea ashes were in this unit. I called the person who bought the unit per her request and they claimed they didn't find any. People know they have a unit and have monthly payment and yet never call or make a payment. We stayed at Chain O' Lakes campground so Alden Marine & Sport was only around 10 minutes away. We went in, said we only had a couple of hours to kayak, we paid, they packed them in the truck & we followed the truck to the drop off point, which was only 1 mile down the road. Fast, friendly service, exactly what we needed that morning! So easy & no hassle. Definitely recommend!
