STAY AWAY! We rented a unit on Curtis road and when we went to get our belongings, the key broke…read moreoff in the lock that they provided. That was Tuesday and the office is closed. I was given the facility manager's contact info and called him the next morning. He told me he could not get to it that day, because of the weather, but would "try tomorrow". When I asked when, so I could meet him with new lock(he told me they don't have any) - his response was that he would let me know when he cuts it off. I then explained to that I am NOT comfortable leaving the storage unit unlocked all day while I am at work. His response: "I guess that depends on how much you truly this facility "! Truly remarkable response. So... He never called Wednesday, or Thursday, or Friday. Friday afternoon I called again- Ethan will jot respond or return my call. I went to facility Saturday morning and met Ethan. He does not care. We have moved into our new home, but all of our belongings are being held hostage by this storage facility. The lock they provided cannot be cut off by bolt cutters, so I am stuck waiting for Ethan and I help. Ethan told me he might get his guy out here Monday. I don't know what that means, so now we are left to contact our attorney to get our stuff out of there. Do not use these guys. They are very good at cashing the check., but will tell you to your face that they don't care.
