Out of those I would definitely go to Noodle Box. Plus there's a gym conveniently located right next door. Coincidence? I think not. The service has always been quick and efficient, and I've never had a problem with the food. It's always been hot, fresh and tasty. Everything you want for a quick fix. It's also reasonably priced, and I guarantee you will be full after it. I recommend the Pad Thai Chicken Box and the Honey Soy Chicken Box. Mmm... oodles of noodles.

When you combine great food with great service the end result will always be a great restaurant which is what Chianti is. The service is exquisite, Maria (the worlds best maître d) will make you feel like you are a treasured guest in her own home rather than just another diner in her restaurant. I have no idea if she actually knows who I am but it always feels like she does which is good enough for my ego. Chianti also doesn't have that pretentious feel that some other fine dining restaurants have. The hardest task at any restaurant is to decide what to eat. One would think that given every meal I've ever tasted from Chianti I have loved it would be easier to pick now. Unfortunately not the case, I still end up obsessing over the menu debating if I go with a trusted favourite or branch out into the unknown. If its your first visit to Chianti then I'll help you out, you have to order the gnocchi; served any which way are sure to be AMAZING. I've often heard a rumor that an old man from London makes the gnocchi and that is his only job.. all day every day he makes gnocchi. I've never bothered to verify if this is fact or fiction but regardless they are the best gnocchi ever. It is their light pillowy texture that makes you feel like you have arrived on Cloud 9. Visit Chianti and you will not be disappointed, I swear on the gnocchi!

I always order the Chicken Basil with fried rice even though it tastes nothing like any other Chicken Basil I have ever had anywhere else. I would recommend their house named dishes ie. Pattaya Fish. The food is a little hit and miss and does have a somewhat greasy taste but it isn't completely unpleasant. If you like daggy, cheap asian restaurants I would certainly give this a go. If you want something more upmarket or mainstream give it a wide berth. If you do go in say hello to Wang. He will be operating the oversized calculator on the front desk. When we first ventured in here we used to laugh (quietly to ourselves of course) because he would always check the addition on his calculator about three times. Then one day when I was waiting, I happened to check out the calculator and realised that it was so worn out you couldn't see the numbers and that is why he had to triple check. But all is good now as I went in for the first time in a while and noticed a shiny new calculator in pride of place and when it came to pay, Wang only had to do the addition once!

He said he'd bring us Chinese tea and ended up bringing some kind of medicinal flavoured herbal tea. Not really very appetizing. The Pattaya fish ended up being served in little fried pieces instead of as a whole fish that we expected. We should have gone for the steamed fish. The special crab-fried rice was pretty much just rice. my partner said he tasted some crab in one bite. The curry veg was mostly cabbage and very soupy. Not much veg in it. The toilet only has a dirty looking bar of soap on the sink for washing hands. We wouldn't touch it. Overall, not a great experience.

The atmosphere is intimate and sophisticated without being overdone, the staff are approachable and accomodating and have always provided great assistance when selecting wine. I have been fortunate enough to dine outside in the tiny courtyard which appeals to my love of outdoor dining and also means that you can escape the noise created by fellow diners in a packed restaurant. Amabile, patriarch of this cosy cottage eatery, was this year awarded "Individual, Hall of Fame" at Restaurant and Catering SA's Awards for Excellence. Born in an alpine valley of the Lombardy region, he trained in classic European cuisine in St Moritz. He migrated to good ol' Adelaide and now at age 79, heralds three generations at Ambrosini's. Amabile is particular about presentation and passionate about herbs, many from his lovingly tended garden. The prices were pretty cheap and the staff were friendly, although they did try to tell me that a lemon lime and bitters can't be served with vodka. They did make one eventually, just for me, but it took a bit of work. We've only ever ate the pizza, pasta and calzone so I can't vouch for the other dishes. My favourite pasta from them is Pollo (chicken) and Sole (with prosciutto). Do order their Herb Bread if you are dining in, it's beautiful ciabatta bread. We also have another favourite which is chilli cheese fries but be careful, this is actually quite spicy. Service has always been friendly at this casual restaurant. You can also dine in but it's definitely more popular for takeaways. Pricing is very very reasonable.

I clearly haven't been paying attention). I am very impressed with this franchise - the food is freshly prepared as you watch, and the process is quite impressive. Apparently this is quite close to Asian street food - it's fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. I had the Mad Ming, which is slow cooked beef, mushroom, sweet & sour carrot, mixed salad and satay sauce wrapped in the wonton skin - absolutely delicious! I must confess, knowing this is here may inspire me to make the trip to Noarlunga more often, since this shopping centre is much easier to park in than our more local Marion. We'll be back!
