We spent 2 hours at the store until the manager informed us that infact the phone was not compatible with their service. There was a list of compatible phones and my phone was not on this list. However I was not made aware of this list until after I was charged. On top of that, they claimed that what I paid was completely non-refundable. They claimed all features were not guaranteed, when mine was missing the most basic feature, MAKING A PHONE CALL!! I have filed claims with FCC, Better Business Bureau, and Cricket wireless corporate offices. I feel scammed, and cheated... Total bait and switch. Not to mention the "5g" service is extremely slow.. even a simple scroll on Instagram was very slow... They also tried to feed us some line of crap that they were near a courthouse with a cell tower blocker... However the speeds were just as slow all over Kerrville.
