The staff is sweet and Dr. J does offer great online videos and podcasts if your into that thing(not so much for me) I do feel like something's could be improved as far as customer care (one on one engaging with patient needs) but I also understand why Dr. J gets you a treatment plan so fast, because he offers a select few types of treatments that work for a lot of different issues, and if he has heard your symptoms he can give you the best plan they offer where you will see results. Dr. West and his staff are amazing! The office runs like a well oiled machine and you move from one station to the next without much wait at all. I flew from Georgia to take my mom in for help with some long term digestive and other issues.
