He got here, was able to get the identified windows tinted pretty quickly (maybe only 3 or so hours?) for about 30 panels. The windows still let all the natural light in - just without a whole lot of the heat that comes with it. Which, is a heavensend during the summer. Even when a crease and a couple of very small bubbles developed, I reached out to Andrew and he was out the next day, promptly, and got everything knocked out in about 30 minutes. I took some time off work to meet with them for the install. Not only were they prompt but were professional in appearance and how they cared for my home. We don't wear shoes in the house and they didn't have a problem removing their shoes. They showed us samples of how each film would look prior to selecting a film. Shortly after, I left them in my home alone to finish the job while I went back to work. About 3 hours later, I got a text saying they were done. When my wife and I got home, we were both excited and amazed at the new look of our home. The kids thought the house looked cool from the inside. We can now open the curtains and not have to worry about people staring inside the house. It also feels like the house is cooler because of it. They have a large banner that specifies auto tint, but just wanted to ensure I specify their location as some may miss them. This review is a bit overdue as I've had multiple vehicles for window tinting at this location. My father found this location, and the owner (male) has been very quick and efficient, and always does a great job. Since then, my family and I always take our vehicles to this store when we need our windows tinted. I recently purchased a new vehicle and needed my windows tinted, so took my new vehicle to him. I'm usually pretty hesitant that my vehicle will get damaged as it had been at another vendor years ago... but I trust the owner and the other gentleman who also works here. They inspect for any damages prior to start and are careful with your vehicle (both inside and out). He also tells you his honest opinion rather than for money making desires. His ceramic tints are excellent! Trust me, they may cost more, but they are definitely worth it. I've had different tints, and ceramic ones are the best! Also, the other places use too much adhesive and it stains my windows, but this place doesn't do that. Prices are also fair! He is always willing to work with you for a reasonable price. Great work always, and very quick yet work is always excellent! Some times in the summer, scheduling an appointment would be best, but other times you can walk in and request for same day service and if possible, they get it done. Will definitely return here again even if I have to drive a few hours! I highly recommend!

Updated Review Per…read morethe shop's recommendation, I took my vehicle to Tesla for a full inspection of the windshield. After evaluating it, Tesla confirmed that the lines in the glass were caused by external forces -- most likely excessive heat -- and not by any manufacturing defect. They were very clear that there is no scenario where the vehicle would have left the factory with this type of damage. Because of that, the replacement was not covered under warranty, and I had to pay $1,535 out of pocket. Here's what this experience has cost me: * $300 for the original tint * $150 for tint removal -- which I was never informed would be charged, and they only told me I "owed money" after removing it * $1,535 for a new windshield due to damage caused during their tint installation That's almost $2,000 lost, and I'm left with no tint, a brand‑new windshield I had to pay for myself, and zero accountability from the shop. To make matters worse, the owner laughed at my wife during the conversation. That alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect. If you choose to get your tint done here, understand this clearly: If something goes wrong, you will get no support, no responsibility, and possibly even disrespect. What you may get is a bill for the damage they caused.

I just have to say WOW!! Wait until you see and feel the difference!…read more I bought my place a few years back and every year when it starts getting hot I dread it. My kids and I will run the air rarely, only on the hottest of days/nights or mostly sleep downstairs half naked when we want to have a lower utility bill or save the planet. I was talking to my friend who owns a large commercial building about saving money, going solar, etc. He told me he was tinting thousands of square feet of his windows because of the energy savings and short time frame for a significant return on his investment. He referred me to R|C who is now helping homeowners and residential customers achieve similar savings! R|C returned my call promptly and basically answered all of my questions as well as gave me an easy to understand tutorial about window films. I didn't know the type of film and the type of glass need to be considered for not only the highest energy savings but also for safety reasons. Too many people consider the darkness of the tint but not the properties of the tint. If you put the wrong type of tint on the windows the heat can't dissipate properly and the window can crack. Some tints are more reflective than others and some tints are clear but reject more heat so it won't alter one's beautiful view! The installer came out to my house and was very punctual. He had all of the tools and didn't require anything of me to get started. Sometimes people want to use the bathroom, get a drink of water, plug in their equipment using your extension cords, etc. R|C was self contained, locked, cocked and ready to rock! This dude looked like Picasso/Bruce Lee/80's break dancer as he bobbed and weaved, washing and scrubbing the glass! After getting it ready he applied the tint with painstaking detail given the large arch window he was working on. All in all I probably had 11 windows tinted that face the sun. It probably took him @ 3 hours to do them all. My french doors were a bit of a bear but he was good natured through it all. I'm. A big fan of being meticulous and so is R|C. As he said, "you look out of your windows everyday. If I use the wrong film or apply it incorrectly you'll see it and then your talk about it so it behooves me to do it right the first time." Wise words my friend. At the end of the day my house feels 10-15 degrees cooler! My electricity bill is lower and I have a little more privacy given the level of exterior reflectivity.
