I contracted with his company to have the Delta Ultra Pro II Backup Power System by Eco Flow installed at my home, and thus far I'm very pleased. This technology is so new that the County Inspector said mine was the third one he had seen. This was the first time Wes had installed one, and even though there were some minor complication(s) with the initial link up process; after much research and surprisingly excellent and timely responses from Eco Flow Customer Service regarding those issues, he was able to resolve them. A slight caveat; make darn certain that you research the system's capabilities and how you want to integrate it with your home. The technology can be a bit tricky, which means it's important to understand what it can do, and what it can't do. Wes explained to me that the two batteries I chose to start with should adequately suffice my power needs during an unexpected outage. So far, his assessment is on point. We had thunderstorm one night a few weeks ago, and our grid power went out. However, my wife and I didn't know that until we tried to turn on an electrical appliance that is not backed up by the Ultra Pro ll. Yes, the switch over was just that seamless. Definitely have a keen understanding of how many batteries will be required to sustain the residual operations you want powered once the power grid goes offline. Due to the cost, I decided to start with just two batteries, but plan to add another soon. I strongly recommend that once you're ready to pull the trigger on purchasing one, you won't regret it. Lastly, if you reside in Johnston, Wake, Wilson and Wayne Counties, Wes Sartain is your guy for this particular install.

After a dormant winter season it was time to wake up the sprinkler system, and as seems to be typical ... there were problems. Flooding caused by cracked lines, heads not popping up or properly rotating, and coverage areas not appropriately aligned. Tried to fix it myself, but too messy and too many trips back and forth to Lowes and Home Depot for the inevitable wrong parts. Time for help!!! Checked on Yelp and Big League Irrigation stood out. Reviews claimed a 100% call back rate and call back within 20 minutes. That was important to me, and it was ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Vincent was able to work me in the next day, even though it was a Saturday. He came as promised and right on time with his assistant Damien, and they got right to the job. Estimate was provided and totaled 868.36 for parts/labor/inspection permit admin fee Summary: I've had other companies out and have experienced poor results.
