- Sent the wrong flowers (less than 1/2 the size of what we ordered and NONE of the flowers we ordered) - Misspelled "Taylor" ...the gift was for a funeral, and West End Flower Shop changed the intro on the card to "For _____ Taylore" - Terrible Customer Service Ordered an $85 arrangement for a funeral. West End Flower Shop sent something that was much smaller and drastically different: 1. A rectangle pot rather than the round pot 2. Rather than a variety of plants I ordered in a large , in the pot was just one plant. When my sister called the shop, the owner said that they can't get Desert Beauty in the Bedford area. My sister asked why it's on the website and available for order. The lady said that it's a national website so she can't help that. But what the owner CAN do is apologize and offer a refund. That's what any decent business owner would do. The owner refused until my sister called a second time. The second time my sister called, the owner refunded 15%, and the owner added, "That's more than you deserve." No. It's less than we deserve. You sent a much cheaper product and you act as if the customer is wrong for wanting something close to what he/she ordered. You misspelled the bereaved name. The "customer service" of this place, the owner Nina, is unacceptable. What we ordered... Desert Beauty, 9-1/2" x 11-3/4" arrangement of at least five (5) types of succulents, $69.99 plus tax and delivery charges, recipient with last name Taylor. What was delivered to the funeral home... Desert Ugly, 6" x 4-1/2" arrangement of two (2) types of succulents, recipient with last name "Taylore." Nothing about this arrangement was what it was supposed to be. When we contacted the owner (twice), she insisted the arrangement was of equal value and approximately the same size of what we ordered. It is beyond me how she can believe this to be true. She clearly cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect arrangement (in EVERY way) being sent from her shop. She was very unpleasant, hateful even, and continued to interrupt as I tried to explain the issues we had. She finally issued a partial refund (less than 1/2, $30) and stated we would have to return the item (2 hours away) in the same condition if we wanted a full refund. West End Flowers have always sent the most beautiful arrangements when I order them. I send an arrangement to my daughter every year for her Valentine Birthday and they have yet to disappoint me. We have been doing this for at least 20 years. The staff are very polite and helpful in what to choose as a gift. Their flowers are long living and stunning to look at. I ordered 2 of the same arrangements for my mother and mother-in-law. The florists in Texas seemed to care about their product, but cant say the same about West End. When they were given the chance to redo the order and redeliver they refused. The arrangement was poorly done and dying. I'm disappointed about the actual product provided but I'm beyond frustrated that they refused to make it right. read more

I ordered tulips for my daughter who had just given birth. I requested that I spend around $25 and I would pick them up. I got 5 tulips, no greenery, no ribbon or even the offer of a card. Very disappointed. read more

The flowers delivered to our mother did not resemble the picture on the website in the least. The pictured bouquet was full of lovely colorful flowers, but the delivered product was a vase full of greenery with just a few actual flowers. We did not order a vase of ferns for our mom; we ordered a vase of blossoms. Not happy, West End Florist. Not a pretty bouquet. I wanted to give you NO stars. read more
