    The oven not cleaned

    Here r pics of this apt complex. I previously made a mistake. Going through all my pics I noticed my bedroom ceiling that had all the mold had already been treated. All my pics have dates. The regional manager came to my apt. He told me corporate policy is to first put bleach on it. U can tell it had already been bleached at least once, and painted over. A tenet moved in early April and was told they would fix her metal rails on her porch. Two months later they have yet to be fixed. This is a safety issue. If she leans on the rail it will fall. All over the apt complex u can see where there r metal rails literally ate through. The pics speak for themselves. The corporation that owns this facility is definitely not concerned for its tenants safety. I went in my attic to see what was up there. As u cannot under any circumstances believe the management here. Nor their corporate mouth pieces from their offices. I had to clean my apt once I moved in. The kitchen cabinets on top were filthy. Where the doors had been painted u can see they painted over all the dirt. My bay windows often leaked water when it rained. So I would have to move my furniture away from the window. They never fixed the window from leaking. I was not reimbursed for having to clean my apt on moving in. Nor was I reimbursed for having to have black mold on my bedroom ceiling for months. Every night with my ceiling fan on breathing that crap on my ceiling. I recall only to well one staff telling me, oh it's just mist on the ceiling. None of them every came to look. When I told my leading agent in her office about how dirty my apt was, and showed her pics. Her reply, oh the cleaning lady was having a bad day. I bought her a Starbucks coffee. That's not my fault she was having a bad day. So I'm suppose to do her job. At first I thought it was the manager. Whoever is at the top sets the tone. Now I think she is just following orders from management above her. Spend as little as possible on maintenance. Put a bandaid on much needed repairs, and kick the can down the road. I was told I'd have a grayish carpet. As the walls had been painted gray. The carpet was different shades of brown. Definitely did not go with the gray walls. I ask if anyone every cleaned the bay windows. I was told yes. U have these beautiful bay windows. What's the use of having them if they r not cleaned several times a yr. I was on the second floor. For safety reasons I could not clean the outside of them. And some r on the third floor. Look at all the pics. The property is decay. Take a close look around and scratch the surface. The grounds r beautiful. That's their only selling point. They r in hopes that alone will sell u. The regional manager told me verbatim, I had a terrible move in experience. U think? To make matters worse the management talk to me like I was stupid. Their only concern was to make me go away. They had a real arrogant attitude. No people skills, no interpersonal skills, just arrogance. This property is ripe for lawsuits. They definitely do not care about their tenants safety. Apt 319 was told the rail would be fixed. She moved in early April. Here it is June 07th. That rail is a huge safety issue. They "Do Not" care period. When any of the staff say hello that's a lie. Their only concern is profits over their tenants/human beings. Oh, they agreed to break my lease. They wanted me out of there. They r afraid of a lawsuit. One they cannot win. The pics speak for themselves. The fact the corporate keeps the present management tells me they r all in bed together. Incompetent, inept, do not care on any level. They will tell u what u want to here. When I went in my attic there is a fairly large black hole. Who knows what it is. U can tell my my bedroom ceiling that was some very nasty crap that had been there far too long. Everyone who saw the pics immediately said, that's black mold. Three of my clients who r nurses said, that black mole it can kill u. Also, other apt complex's that r just as old as West End Lodge. Like Beaumont Trace have kept up with the time. Putting profits back into the complex. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc. I know after I sent two registered letters to the Corporate Office. They sent some individuals to walk the grounds. The rents were lowered. Imagine that. I was never offered any compensation. Every apt bldg I went to I would show the pics. Every manager said, the word is they have let that place go. I show all my client the pics. And anyone who says they r looking for a apt. I tell them my experience at the West End Lodge, and show them the pics. Any spin they put on it there is no excuse period

Tracie is notable for her attention and eagerness to handle tenant needs as soon as possible. Her team has shown efficiency and a real desire to ensure tenant comfort whenever my family has had a maintenance need or a concern. Communication is essential, and she succeeds at it. She keeps residents up-to-date on any scheduled maintenance, community events, or changes, fostering transparency and community engagement. It is clear that she values open channels of communication and strives to make living a pleasant experience for everyone. Living at Tracie's Golden Plazas has been a pleasant experience because of the exceptional tenant care she gives.     Super rude, weird and unwelcoming, leasing agents, and a little racist the maintenance staff super…read morenice super friendly super kind I came in because my friend told me to use the pool and she was getting off work and I got here before her and I had to use the restroom so I went to the leasing office and I asked the maintenance workers. They said the restroom is behind those doors glass door I went in, came back out, grabbed the water out of the fridge that they have they give to people and then one of the agents came asking who I am what was I here for and then she proceeded to say you can't grab those waters. Those are not for y'all. Those are for our workers and the people that work here and let me just say the office is open concept that they have like snacks on the island and I grabbed the water and I put it down whenever they started questioning me as to the reason why was I here and I told them and they were super weird and rude about it . And then I went outside and I sat down at the rocking chairs. I have outside instead of going to my car and then the leasing agent came out, walked to the parking lot. And acted like she was going somewhere then came back around looking at me
