They were able to squeeze me in and saw me 4 times before I had to walk down the aisle. They went over exercises with me, cupping, dry needling, etc. I saw DPT Rachael Lacey and her assistant/student in training Ivy. They were so kind and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did. Thanks to them I was able to walk down the aisle and dance the night away on my wedding night.

We left this practice more than 10 years ago because of their terrible front office. Now our…read morefavorite Dr, Casey Leong has joined the practice but nothing in the front office is better. You can't reach a human being by phone and despite all of their references to returning messages they never do. It is virtually impossible to get anything scheduled. This place needs front office help. There are even times during regular office hours when the phone will go to the answering service and the answering service does not know why. Messages even there are not returned.

However, their billing department is predatory. I paid each of my copayments when I attended my appointments; however, they keep billing me for my copayments after the insurance says what my portion is. They do not apply your payments to your account! Despite sharing with their billing department that I paid my copayments, they still say I owe. I have even sent over my credit card statements that shows that I paid my copayments on the dates they are saying I did not. DO NOT go here! Go somewhere else! These are predatory practices.

Cochran is great he gets to the point gets you better get you in and out I like his cool laid-back Manor if you ever are injured hopefully not please see the people at Concentra to get you back to help I really enjoyed my time at Concentra and would consider going back just to hang out with the group of women at Concentra
