I am deeply concerned about the validity of the original safety certification and the dealership's refusal to acknowledge independent findings. Additionally, the conduct of the dealer has been unprofessional, with repeated attempts to discourage outside inspections and shift blame. This situation raises serious concerns about public safety, consumer rights, and regulatory compliance.
