I felt like I was given the runaround for over two years and was never clearly told about any deadline that could affect my rights. During that time, my vehicle remained in impound and was eventually sold. I repeatedly contacted the office by text and phone asking about my vehicle, but I did not feel my concerns were properly addressed. I am now being told that my property damage claim is too late, which has left me feeling frustrated and devastated. Communication was poor, and I felt that my questions were not answered in a clear or timely manner. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone hiring this firm to ask detailed questions about all aspects of their case, including property damage claims, and to make sure they understand any important deadlines.

The main attorney is never available and always is busy apparently weeks at a time. They have a timekeeper that they refer to that makes all the charges and non of them make sense, they just tackle on more and more money on to your case. They also try to collaborate with the opposite attorney to make the case stretch even further, so you can't find a resolution asap. I hired Catherine for my divorce nearly 3 yrs ago and it was one of the worst decisions I've ever…read moremade. She said things to me on our initial meeting & once I was in mediation 6 months later, she said exactly the opposite. In the settlement I received a rental house & my wife received the house we were living in. Catherine screwed up filing the paperwork with the county to remove my wife's name from the title on the rental house. When I discovered this (as I was trying to sell the house) she took no ownership of the issue, I spent dozens of hours trying to fix it & it is still not resolved. My realtor figured a way around it but she said she's never seen this happen before. That's saying something. Now, as I'm applying for a mortgage for a new house, I just discovered that Catherine never processed the paperwork to remove my name from the mortgage for the house my wife received. So I am now going to lose a house because she didn't do her job. I am beyond livid, amazed at the level of incompetence, and utter disregard for taking care of her clients, and unwillingness to take ownership of issues and resolve them. Her only motivation seems to be to collect $300/hr & move on. Every time I look at the damn $30K in debt I racked up paying for her "services" I kick myself.
