Darren Miller is getting a bad rap about the firm. When you get to actually talk to him and he explains everything to you, you get a better understanding of how many cases he actually has, and it's easier to get a better picture. After I had fired them on Tuesday and he called me and we spoke, I'm now back with them and glad of it. Darren Miller is a God fearing man with a great family and law firm he built himself and worked hard to do it. He's got a lot of clients... And when you have as many as they do, you'll always have people (like me) complain about your case. They're not perfect, but then again, who is? He is a great guy and I really like him after our conversation. Even though my money is coming in a couple of months, he is going to help me with getting transportation now. I'm 67 and so tired of walking for the past 15 years and can never go fishing or camping the way I want to, and not just rot away in my apartment like I have for 10 years now. Life is too short and you need to get out and live it. He's personally going to front me the funds now and take it out of the case after the money goes through the process with Milestone Pathways. They are responsible for the money I've already gotten, not the firm. They pay out the money and that's what we are waiting for. I now backtrack on the previous comment I made, and give the firm a 5 star rating. Thank goodness he reached out to me and is doing what he's going to do for me.
