As i was receiving care, the doctor and patient in the next room spoke about very offensive issues using crude language. This is a very impersonal and misleading office. X-rays were not even reviewed with me because how much they rush from patient to patient. They give you medical equipment stating you will not be charged, however they bill your insurance and the patient incurs any deductible costs. VERY MISLEADING!!! HORRIBLE experience!!!

I visited Dr Sanfilippo and was pleasantly surprised by how thorough and professional he was. I am very well aware that many chiropractic doctors have questionable reputations, however, I was very pleased that Dr Sanfilippo explained the process of chiropractic care, conducted a thorough physical exam, including x-rays and interactive skeletal diagram to further explain the source of my pain. I originally went to him because I had minimal range in my neck. As soon as he adjusted me the very first time I was able to move my neck full motion again. At my first appointment he gave me a complete exam including x-rays and explained to me step by step what my issues were and what he was going to do to correct or improve them. He has easily become one of my favorite Dr's and now my husband goes to his office as well. We now go every two weeks and I can now actually feel when my body starts to go out of alignment... I did not have quality time with my children, as anything I did, (walking etc) would end with me in tears. Ive spent years like this. All I wanted was some relief and time with my children back. Here I am today, occasional pain (not like before) when I over do it, but otherwise, I can walk longer distances, and spend the quality time with my children that I had wanted, without the added pain that always followed.
