I received a Hollywood wax and from start to finish, Marta prompted me what she was going to do before she did it and what she will follow up with next. She was able to get every single hair and was very thorough (getting a couple of strays with a tweezer). The waxing was pain free and the results of the wax is silky smooth. Don't get me started on the actual nail - my nails were all broken because I've been moving. Usually you use a nail buffer to even things out. When she attempted to put CLEAR/light pink nail polish and I had to tell her to stop - it was all patchy.. the girl that did my pedicure was slow at putting the polish but at least it looked ok. The pedicure was slightly better but she didn't clean under the nail (well same for my manicure - she certainly didn't clean underneath). The scrubbing of the foot wasn't exactly thorough either. Again, if it's to do that - it takes me about 5 minutes to do that at home. The material was all old - given their incompetence, the staff no chance to do a decent job. Furthermore they shared material between people. They should be disinfecting that stuff - it's disgusting to use the same stuff without it being cleaned.
