The sessions are not cheap (although comparable to other companies doing this) but the lack of hassle with waxing and shaving is absolutely worth it. It was a little painful having it done, but definately less painful than waxing. I can't recommend them highly enough. Plus, if you block book, you can get a free session.

Once booked fairly last minute at the end of the day. I turned up and the owner (well dressed middle aged blonde lady - I guess shes the owner) was almost on her way out. I said I have a booking. She looked annoyed, rushed me into the beauty room, and used wax strips and hot wax to wax me. She wasnt careful, would apply the same wax strip on me several times to save applying more wax and to get the hair out - unconfortable. She was also hurting me and going a little but too close to the areas wax should not be touching (areas sesitive to tearing if you know what i mean). Long story short - ten years later, I have permanent damage (tear thats just gotten worse over the years). My walk back felt like a needle was constantly pricking me down there. The lady clearly got the wax strip stuck to my labia and pulled. This has been life changing for me and not in a good way. The NHS wont touch it - paying through my nose privately to have this corrected is the only way forward. I've been putting it off for years because of the cost. One regret - not asking for a receipt. I would 100% have taken this company to court and sued for damages. I would have had a case. I hope she reads this! Also, all these years later and shes still got all these bad reviews?!
