Because my husband and I found out the hard way when we had to go to the meeting of creditors and this attorney, Robert Sobel had a legal pad of handwritten notes that were missing from our filing, worst part about this is the fact that all of the information that the trustee was telling Mr. Sobel were documents that had previously been provided into the portal that they use. Worst part in all of this is that we paid a retainer fee of $2000.00 and no work was completed on their end so now we have taken legal matters to the state bar of Texas.
