They don't take the time to actually care even the front desk people act like they don't want to be there. Everyone there has such a dull "i want to go home" attitude. I've never felt more judged and uncared for by a doctors office until now. They even misdiagnosed me with allergies, I went and got a second opinion just to find out I had pneumonia!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! they won't let me put no stars because if I could I wouldn't rate them AT ALL!

I love the big circles and the open stairs. I was able to locate the office and check in without any issues. The appointment was well done and was not delayed wihch was very nice, as well. Leaving was easy; no one was standing around lost, and there was smooth traffic flow. Not anyone waiting long for anything, nice. The X-ray tech was very nice and helpful with me and getting my shoulder proctioned iwth out hurting it.

What I received instead was rushed, dismissive care and no real attempt to diagnose the issue. Dr. Stephen E. Kostelic, MD did not order any tests--not even basic imaging or lab work. When I asked about getting an MRI to understand what was causing the pain, I was told the hospital "does not do MRIs" which was shocking and unclear. No further explanation was given, and I was left confused and untreated. Despite running no diagnostic tests at all, I was still given a prescription and discharged. I left with the same pain I arrived with and absolutely no answers. This experience was frustrating, careless, and unacceptable. Being handed medication without any testing is not real care--it's dismissal. If you're in pain and hoping for actual help, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

I have been trying to get the other three members of my family scheduled for new patient appts with the same Dr. for three months now but the office refuses to book out more than 3 weeks. Each month I call and they tell me they are full for that month but refuse to book into the next month. When asked about this, I was told, "We had too many no shows when we booked further out." Really?!? They couldn't think of a better way to handle this? Like every other medical clinic in the country? Reminder calls perhaps? So, because they couldn't get their act together with reminder calls for other patients, I'm expected to spend time calling each month to see if I can get the rest of may family in?!? It's very disrespectful of our time and gives the impression they care more about revenue than patient care. (Not to mention they will lose patients this way, as the four of us are likely to switch to another practice with higher professional standards if not resolved.)
