So we walked in and my mom was like a kid in the candy store. She loved it all and she had to make a hard decision between two quilts. Ultimately she went with a pinkish/red one. While there I also noticed they do custom orders and it included a tree shaped quilt decoration for Christmas. I purchased it, and it was like $60. It needed to be made so I would have to return a few weeks later to get. We ordered it in red and it is beautiful. This store is a hidden gem in Celina. After a sleepless night I called Brian at snappy's and explained to him my situation and he was more than empathetic and I felt so relieved. that day my mower was finished and when picking it up the bill was more than reasonable I felt for all they went thru to fix it , dropping the deck which is no easy task for me and getting into that tight area to get to the parking break. Using their contact form on their website, I sent a request about blade sharpening. I never received a reply. However, since Snappy's is pretty close to my home and the reviews are good, I decided to go there anyway. Snappy's was easy to get to. Upon entering the store, I headed to the counter and a nice gentleman kindly assisted me. He said they do sharpen blades, and it would be about a week for the blade to be done (which is about the standard turnaround time for sharpening). I left the blade there and sure enough, about a week later I received a call that the blade was finished. When I picked up the blade, the blade had been well sharpened and also cleaned up as well as an old blade could be. I paid to the sharpening and was on my way. If it wasn't for the non-existent reply to my initial request submitted from their website, I would have given Snappy's 5 stars. I intend to use them again.

I start using Deweys Tailor shop in the early 70's. The service was excellent their work was…read moreunmatchable. In 1999 I moved 2 hours south and found it unhandy to use them for my tailoring. However after not finding anyone in my location I took some work to them in the summer of 2016. The work certainly did not even compare to the quality of their work before. But after thinking about for a while I decided to try again. I called and ask to speak to the former owner's daughter (Marjean I think is her name) and she used terrible language that I could hear. She used the "F" word. This was totally uncalled for it really shows her ignorance. She must have no self respect at all speaking this way and a costumer hearing. Girl you should be ashamed but this is probably your everyday way of speaking. Regardless this makes you look "dumb" Patti Kelly New Holland, Ohio
