Reasonably priced at around £28 for a cut and blow dry. The one thing to be careful of is the car park which is free for two hours but if you were going to be longer than that for a colour or perm etc I think you can get a permit from the hairdressers so you don't get clamped. My very lovely friend had her hair cut at this salon recently. We were in the area and she needed a…read morequick trim. It was cut unevenly. But when she tried to talk to the manager apparently she was v dismissive and snapped at my friend. I came back to collect my friend, and this long lady with long brown/black haired lady who claimed to be the manager (I cannot remember her name) but she has a little pig nose, bleached white teeth, kinda orange (sorry) who I must say seemed very nice when i went in with my friend, but came across very rude and patronising and just didnt listen. She tried telling my friend her hair was okbut it was very unevenly cut. I work in the fashion industry and I would not even take a photo of the hair cut with my camera. She was complelety unprofessional in the way she dealt with us which is why we felt it necessary to write this review. She completely seemed like she was in another world and didnt listen. If she thought this cut was ok she has a major lack of an eye for detail and fashion which is worrying. During the visit my friend said that the staff where unprofessional in the way they talked about the salon and the manageress. Maybe if she spent more time giving decent client service rather than servicing every man according to staff that came into or near the salon she would have a better clientell. I would agree with the comment below. The salon is not very classy and neither was the attitude of the manager on this occassion. On a personal note this lady needs to sharpen up a bit if she does not expect comments like these about her business. So hopefully this will be viewed as constructive criticismget your staff re-trained on style and proper cuts and spend more time with your clients (new and old). Plus I would reprimand your staff on the way they speak about you to customers about your conquests!!. Its not very nice. Good luck.

For less than £20 I got just as good a job as I would have at a more expensive place with less of the pretentiousness that seems to come along with modern hair salons. The hairdressers are very friendly and when I explained my fear of hair cuts (I know, it's weird, I'm convinced they'll mess it up and it sends me into a panic) the lady cutting my hair was very understanding and did the cut quite slowly so I didn't freak out. When I was having my hair cut, one lady left with an amazing colour job (reddy blonde) that looked fantastic! I must confess that I'm useless with names so I can't recommend anyone in particular but they all seem to do a very good. I know several other people that have recently started using this salon and I'm yet to hear a bad word said about it. Definitely recommended.
