Well phone service is has been spotty at best . I have been overcharge every month by 50.00 or more . When inquired @ store agent advised manager was not available to correct said issue 2x inquiry . Still no manager contact . To bad verizon was so expensive id be gone . Shame on you T-mobile .

When she got home, she realized that she was actually charged for the table. She called and they said she'd get a check in the mail but what arrived was a gift card for the price of the tablet. She stopped back in the store twice when she was back in Bismarck but didn't have time to wait - so she left a note for someone to call her. The next day, Sheyenne (the owner of the store) called and was as gracious and helpful as could be. She had shared that she thought the problem had previously been resolved but was ensuring that a check was being cut today and that my mom could keep the tablet for her hassle.
